Sonny and his wife came to look at our cook top, which was not working. He was pleasant and told us he would get back to us on the part, a switch that was broken. When he called us back a few days later, he gave us an estimate of several hundred dollars more than we expected. When we asked why it would be so much, Sonny proceeded to literally yell at us and after yelling, hung up the phone. We were shocked. Do NOT use this company.
