We drove 1 hour to make this appointment. When we arrived we were surprised to see a small room with a single row of wedding dresses. I told the lady at the store that I want to see a mermaid style dress and she handed me one dress. I asked if there anything else I can look at and she said — «I dont think my store is for you.» I was shocked. She started telling me that all of her dresses are made in Texas and I just have to pick from a catalog without trying out any dresses. Then she basically kicked me and my friends out of the salon. Is this normal behavior? We have been to many other salons where we were offered Drinks and appetizers. This lady was totally rude. If she didn’t want to show me any dresses why didn’t she tell me over the phone so I don’t waste my time driving over ???

Super cute little store! The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t try to sell us something just to make a sale!
I really had a good experience being that we bought my mom’s wedding dress AND 4 bridesmaid dresses! But anyone who wants to shop here know that you will be ordering a dress and getting it custom FOR YOU! They do have some dresses on display (which I would like to add were just as pretty) but they have a lot of there selection from catalogs. Plus I like that we didn’t have to make a reservation to come in! I can’t wait to get our dresses!
Oh and word of advice the location that Unilocal shows is wrong! We called the store and they immediately called back and told us where it was. The place is on Vanowen and Corbin!

Let me add something! I stand by my review but I am going to add something I guess I should have mentioned in my previous review. I was there about a year ago so whatever changes have taken place since then (including business or management) I am not aware of it. And last time I checked everyone has the right to express their opinions on this site.

We drove really far and we’re disappointed the owner had little selection she was rude and everything we asked she said no she had it sold or was not willing to make it she looked like she wanted us to leave if there is good reviews on here its probably because she wrote them her self don’t wast your time driving all the way out there her sample dresses looked old and tattered wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I’m telling everyone I know not to go there that’s how bad mine and my family’s experience was

Disappointing customer service and poor quality bridal dresses in store. Brides beware :-/
We walk in and the consultant greeted us, all was fine. Then we start looking at the dresses and immediately notice the quality is lacking in store, not as expected from advertisements. They hardly even have any dresses, you’d have to order a style you like from a catalog and when you get it, hopefully you like it. Maybe that’s okay with some brides, but I like to know what quality I’m paying for, especially with such an important purchase as a wedding gown. We have been shopping around and other boutiques kindly show you options and exactly what you are paying for, so there are better places out there to find your dress with staff that really enjoys their job. There was another lady in the back of the store, I believe it’s Roxy, that was not welcoming at all. She just bossed around the girl helping us and made it seem like she wasn’t happy to be there, her tone was condescending. Maybe she was having a bad day, but professionalism should be a top priority and it doesn’t take much to be polite to customers that want to give you business. We even tried to make conversation with her to see if she would be a little nicer. We politely told them thanks, but it just wasn’t for us. We felt a little cheated. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this boutique.

Wow!!! Rudest boutique workers on the west side of the United States of America. They claim they have dresses on social media of designers and you end up selecting dresses that are different than what they claim to have in store based off their Instagram page. The quality of material is not comparable to what you see online. And the worker talked to me like she was doing me the favor by letting me try on her dresses. Please save your time, energy and money for a worthwhile boutique. What a rude and untruthful experience. I call to ensure they have the dresses posted online, get told they have comparable dresses available then walk into dresses I did not ask for prior to coming in for the appointment. NO THANK YOU! !

I found my wedding dress here yesterday and it was so beautiful. Exactly what I wanted to find at the perfect price! They are so sweet here and I would recommend them to anyone.

Attention everyone looking for a dress for prom, wedding, Quincenera, Debut or any other reason. This is the spot to go to! She is Fast, friendly and very helpful! And very knowledgeable! I used to be a firm believer that if you wanted an affordable dress you had to go to the Garment District boy was I wrong! Thanks to my cousin Nadine SA for recommending her to me! I will refer everyone to get their dresses at LILY BRIDAL! The 2.5 hr drive is well worth it!

Absolutely great service. Roxy knows what’s best for you. Came in for a last minute Maid of Honor dress. I told her my budget, color and design and knew exactly what I wanted. She was able to get the dress in a couple days and have it altered in less than a week. She has a wonderful personality that is easy to work with. I will be back… hopefully for my own wedding. Thanks for the great service!
