I’ve been taking Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes from Master Lee for three years and during that time I have learned so much more than the movements. I have gained an awareness of the energy that is available to me, how to cultivate it and to work with it not just in performing the movements but in other aspects of my life. I am more aware of myself physically, mentally and even spiritually. I have gained an inner strength and peace that I didn’t possess three years ago. Master Lee is a wonderful teacher of the Tai Chi way.
