Dunkin’ Donuts

If you think that Dunkin donuts cares about their customers, you are wrong! A month ago I ripped the sleeve on my expensive down coat on a sharp piece on the handle of the door. Getting any kind of compensation for a new coat has been met with a lot of resistance. The manager was supposed to finally meet me there last Saturday, and blew me off, then finally my husband went there last week to meet with her, and she accused him of making it up??? And offered a $ 50.00 gift card. Unbelievable.

The older lady gives extra munchkins when you only order a couple. They’re not super friendly here but I wouldn’t be either if I had to be there at 4 in the morning.

I stopped going this year with being in the school bus industry because they treated me so bad last year. My coworker and I would order the same thing almost every day but a few days I didn’t order and it was freezing and I needed to use the restroom. bad mistake! She gave me looks like I murdered her first born child, even after we must be spending over 100 dollars a week combined! If I had a business and you spent that much each week, I wouldn’t care if you spent a dime that day! Plus this one girl would always forget to make my ice coffee, even when there were no other customers! This year since my coworker quit I went to the one in Danada square and have much better service. They are quicker, nicer, even inform me of deals I did not know and I can’t thanks them enough!

OK the people are friendly but their donuts are absolutely horrible. I guess not growing up here and having experienced great tasting donuts… my judgment is much higher. I don’t eat donuts much but I want a good one if I’m going to eat one. I would rather eat packaged donuts from the store than eat one here.

I am not a donut person but occasionally my lovely husband wants one. This place is always clean and friendly.
The woman behind the counter is super nice and loves that we walk our pups up to the store as well!

Ok place, gives my daughter free donuts which is very very nice. I would suggest however they make more product, it’s gone early, and pickings are slim by midmorning.

The one older lady who works here, Might be owner .
She is AMAZING ! we have gone here at least 20 times. and everytime she gives my son’s a extra donut, if not 2 or 3 ! EVERYTIME ! Im not even looking for a freebie ! Im always schocked. She is so nice !

I’ve been going here way too much since they started their $ 1 coffee special. From 12−8pm a medium coffee is just $ 1! I’m usually running errands around 1, so this is a perfect fit.
This place is a well-​oiled machine whether you are there in the morning or afternoon. They get you in and out pretty quickly.
