These guys just finished a total overhaul of our mechanicals in the home we recently bought in Glen Ellyn. New furnace, AC and boiler for our radiant heat floors. We spoke to several providers and loved the responsivness, accessibility and that this is a family-​business that STILL delivers great price! In fact they came in UNDER budget.
Also a plus, we thought we needed to replace our water heater because it was so slow to deliver even warm water let alone hot. We talked to Tim about it and he quickly pointed out we had a great system AND that a valve was turned off and that’s why we weren’t getting hot water fast. My husband and I are new homeowners and CLUELESS so easily he could have kept that to himself and charged us to replace the heater. Sealed the deal we’d work with him right then and there!
Everyone who came out to work on our home over the two days was courteous. And Tim came to our home several times on the weekend and later evening to accommodate our work schedule to review our needs, talk costs and to review upkeep and how everything operates once everything was installed.
