The Silo

OMG the new star of windsor I love this place sooooooo much! I know the owners extremely well! I adore this place so many beautiful art pieces to look at the store is soo Nicely done the silo is Windsor’s new heart!!! Buy anything you can from this store your missing out if your not buying!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The Silo is a fantastic addition to the Windsor Town Green. I drove by the store a few times before it opened as I hoped it might be something unique in Windsor — perhaps a new «go to» spot for gifts and accessories or something stylish to wear for that date night or special event. My fingers were crossed. When the store opened last month, it went beyond my expectations — classic, but with a modern/​hip twist — the clothes, accessories, jewelry, gifts and home goods are beautiful and well made (All American made — a breath of fresh «quality» air), and I found myself with a dilemma — what to buy. I’ll take one of each, please. What I love about the clothing selection in particular is that the clothes aren’t just for dressy occasions. Every piece can be dressed up or dressed down. I can wear the same piece to the office and then on a girls night out or wine country event on the weekend. In addition, the shop owner, Adelle, designs and makes some of the bags, accessories and jewelry. She was more than happy to make something custom that would fit my taste/​needs perfectly. I haven’t had that experience anywhere in Sonoma County. Having lived in New York City for years, I have missed that accessibility to quality crafted items where you can actually talk to the designer and get something custom designed for your taste. What I love is that the quality/​style is high-​end boutique without the high-​end boutique price tag. Somebody pinch me! So happy to finally have a local store that has something for everyone. I’ll be swinging by The Silo on a regular basis for sure.
