Lousy service all around! The girl Adriana manager/​whatever she is, is just chewing gum talking back and forth with her friend and ignoring the customers when there only 2 people in the store. Subway step your game up in terms of the people you hire lol.

Hello, I work at a Windsor subway, how ever it is located on Shilo by Walmart, office depot not Lakewood and I want to invite people to come in and tell us how we are doing. Our goal at this location is quality food, speedy service and great customer service.

OPEN «late» on a Sunday.
Considering it’s Windsor and the fact it was past 8pm on a Sunday evening, it was nice to find this place open for my late dinner. Subway is so NOT my «go-​to» place for a deli sandwich but in a bind, it worked.
Employees were friendly and handled, with patience and grace, a very large group of teenage boys.
Anyhow, it’s Subway.

Subway is the best, however…
The employees at this particular location are SO quiet I have to ask them to repeat every sentence they say. And they are super slow! I watched one guy, the only employee working that day, cut an avocado for (I kid you not) almost 5 minutes while I was waiting.

Awful and disinterested customer service. I’ve never left a Subway more pissed off and creeped out by the staff. The food was decent but the staff verbally expressed their lack of interest in their work. They were creepy and asked too many personal questions.

Dropping into this Subway on our way home we were really surprised with how overly toasted our sandwich came out.
I don’t think I’ve ever had an over-​toasted sandwich at a Subway. Like ever.
The sandwich was good none the less. The service nondescript. The space not terribly clean but not terribly dirty.
I think if the sandwich hadn’t been so lightly blackened and crunchy it would have been a solid three.

I used to eat here twice a week, but I will never come back after seeing the disgusting female employee wipe sweat off her face and then make a sandwich for someone without washing her hands. What a slob!

Young staff that gets giggly and distracted, but it’s all in good fun. Not a lot of seating inside but they have outdoor tables in the summer.

$ 5 foot long is pretty hard to beat.
