This place is fantastic! The chocolates and sauces are delicious– and all made by Snelgrove’s. The arrangements are gorgeous, and the store displays are always so creative. The candied pecans are incredible (and impossible to put down). Highly recommended for gifts and special events.

NO STARS AWARDED FOR THE UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TIMOTHY SNELGOVE… He insisted on continuing to call my 87 year old mother by her first name… after I asked him several times not to do so… he said because its NOT HIS BELIEF!!! I guess good customer service and respecting his elders or customers who have done business with his establishment since before he was in diapers is not his belief either.
I ordered a floral arrangement yesterday and requested that it be delivered in the morning. I was not informed that my 87 year olds arrangement would be close to the last delivery because of the time stamp. I also was not aware that the delivery may not occur until 8pm even though she lives in the same town.
Beware of utilizing this florist or any of the other floral services like 1 – 800 Flowers or FTD who use SNELGOVE Florist!!! Their customer service is atrocious!!! I’m appalled that TIMOTHY SNELGOVE would treat longtime customers so poorly… My family and I and the rest of those connected to use will NEVER use SNELGOVE again!!!

Fyi…My family has resided in Windsor for over 60 years. My family, friends and I have utilized SNELGOVE for decades.
Good service is good service… If you had a problem accepting our money YOU should have denied us service a long time ago.
Based on the review of your services less than 2 weeks ago, it seems you are the one with the attitude problem. Thank goodness for services like Unilocal that allows the customer to inform other consumers where to spend their money… in establishments where elders, their customs and their money is VALUED.

Unreliable and rude– after 2 full days of waiting and repeated reassurances of «it’s on the truck» and «we tried to deliver» from Snelgrove’s, the flowers have still not arrived and I’ve called the credit card company to cancel. The recipients were home the whole time, and though Snelgrove’s claims they tried to call both numbers that were provided, neither showed any missed calls. I was spoken to dismissively and the employee on the phone seemed entirely unconcerned. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business.

FTD aside, I double checked that your store had the correct address and two accurate phone numbers. You claim you called, but neither number had a call or missed call from you. When I called your shop directly at 5:15pm today, your employee said to me, quite curtly, «well I don’t know what to tell you,» rather than showing any concern or suggesting a solution. I asked to speak to a manager and was left on hold for close to ten minutes with no response. Denying any responsibility in this matter is not the appropriate response of a reputable business.

We happened to drive by Snelgrove’s the other day for the first time — don’t know how we missed it before, but so glad we found it! They make their own chocolates and other candies on the premises — and they all look amazing. We went for the FUDGE, which is really, really delicious — buy 4 sqs, get 2 free. We barely got the box home un-​eaten! We will definitely be going back.

I wanted to love this place small batches of chocolate made in house with nostalgic candies by the pound unfortunately way to many problems. Hopefully you will have a better experience.
