Honest and fair. Never actually used his services, but Pete was very helpful over the phone and told me what to do to troubleshoot the problem so that I could avoid spending lots of $$ to fix. will definitely use him in the future if I need to.

My computer had one of those «mystery problems «.
The owner was more than generous with his time and did not charge me over the original quoted price even though I know he spent an exorbitant amount of additional hours trying to solve the problem.

There’s nothing better than being able to take your computer in to get repaired and getting a call the next day telling you to come pick it up because it’s fixed. Pete will sit down with you and design a computer to fit your needs, whether it’s for business, home or gaming. His prices are competitive but do lean on the higher side due to superior parts, quality of workmanship and the aforementioned service. His computers are far superior to H/​P, Gateway, Asus, Acer and Dell. Pro-​Tech computers are custom made to your specs and not mass produced.
