Great patio. Go for the atmosphere but forget the food. I had the French onions soup. It tasted like a sweet and sour kind of thing. The bread was not toasted… just french bread with way too much cheese. The girls both had salads. They looked like any over produced restaurant salad with dry meat. DONT ORDER THE FRIED PUCKLES. As a matter of fact, don’t order anything that has to be fried. The grease is dirty and you can tell because everything tastes like fish. The fries… fishy…the fish and chips looked dark brown on the outside. This is dirty grease. I asked for a bloody Mary with only tomato juice. I was given vodka and tomato juice… no bloody Mary goodies. Hmmmm… not what I asked for. Won’t eat here again. If they don’t clean the grease, what else don’t they clean?

The hamburgers are insanely good. Literally have yet to find a better hamburger in the windsor Fort Collins area for the price.

The atmosphere is awesome, lovely scenery, we’re new to the area & were told it was recently remodeled. It’s a beautiful place, even better if its nice outside & u can sit on the patio & enjoy the view of the golf course while ur having lunch. There’s not a huge menu selection but everything I’ve ordered so far has been good.

Stopped by for a later supper and were pleasantly surprised! Had a meal in the bar, great atmosphere, great staff & good fare ! Will definitely be back.

We went to try out the new menu and were horribly disappointed. The wait staff ignored us, we had to hunt them down, and then the food came.. How do you mess up salad? The croutons were soggy and everything was inedible. Used to love the prime rib, so sad. We will not be back.

All the girls are nice, and the rest of the employees are great individuals, food is great… great golf, great pool, seems like the workers hate their jobs which is bad for business I wish this fat man could be replaced by me with no experience… I could definitely do better!!! And I love this place minus fat man with a bad attitude!

We have been dining at Pelican Lakes on a pretty regular basis for a couple years. Mostly on the weekends for their buffet. Sad to say, it definitely needs some improving. Lately, it seems the food has been reheated, maybe even from the day before. It tastes old and stale. Since the remodel, we have truly been disappointed, not only in the food but also in the service. Hopefully, they take a close look, and try and make some improvements, since most of the reviews are along the same line.

Heard that they had finished the remodel so thought we’d try it. Food, however, needs a remodel. It was just mediocre. Chicken Caesar salad greens should be cold. The chicken, however, was fine – just off the grill which was nice. My preference: leave off the tough bacon pieces, the over-​done croutons and the three old cherry tomatoes. Really thin slices of Parmesan would add a decorative dimension. Nice to have some good, crusty bread with salads. The Reuben sandwich ordered by the other individual was also mediocre. Bread could have been sliced a little thicker. Corned beef was a little tough. Fries were hot – that’s always important. A pickle garnish or red, hot pepper garnish would make plate more attractive. Hostess and server were pleasant and efficient.

I finally had time for this review, my in laws who live close by the restaurant were excited to eat there after the relaunch of the restaurant sadly to say it was a terrible experience; the service was hectic, unorganized and the food (I was the only one who had their food) was bland. I ordered the sesame crusted Tuna which came out with no seasoning on it, the noodles underneath in the broth the same; no seasoning. My in laws and my husband all ordered the Prime rib which we used to love there. Well, they undercooked all three of them; all came out rare instead of medium. So we send them back to the kitchen, however when it came back to the table it was obvious that it just sat in the kitchen. Nothing was done do it was still rare and ice cold the only food that was a little warm was the baked potato on my husbands plate but you could tell that it was reheated in the microwave, the butter and sour cream was curdled. My father in law had ordered the French onion soup which came out cold and by the second time the waitress brought it out it was still cold with the little bit of cheese floating like a block on top of the tiny bowl it came in. I actually asked the waitress if she had not noticed on all the plates that the meat was still rare the second time she brought it to our table? She brought over the Manager who apologized but that does not fix the issue here. We traveled from Colorado Springs to Windsor to have a nice weekend with the in laws and to take them out to dinner; regardless if you take everything off the check. Do you think that brings the customer back? The Floor Manager should have checked on our food the first time it went back to the kitchen. Why did it go back? What was wrong with it? Make sure that it goes to the table correctly the second time! We were more than disappointed with the lack of service and the food. We will not be going back again.

Our first time there after remodel. New menu is nice. Not as many choices as before but that’s a plus. Food was tasty and served in timely fashion. Only negative I didn’t like seeing $ 2 charge for two people splitting two entrées. They said they’d were splitting but didn’t ask that the plates be divided before serving. All in all a great makeover.

The bartender was all smiles! (Think she wanted me). Food is pretty tasty but the wings here are awesome. There crispy n spicy. The drinks are very swell also n for u northerners, they even have CLAMATO! It’s not as expensive as u would think it would be neither. They also just remodelled n is gorgeous enough to take ur best friends mom to n have him call u daddy!!!
