Had a complicated mailing situation to Argentina via Fed Ex, sending a couple of items to my son. The owner was able to get through language barriers and get my rather expensive items back to me safe and sound, once we found out Argentina required lots of money and hoops to jump through to get the items to my son. I would recommend this shipping store, because of the way the owner handled it and treated me with respect throughout the entire ordeal.

Horrible customer service. The older man and woman are both rude, both with a continuous ‘scowl’ on their face… most unpleasant to say the least. I won’t shop here again. The USPS in windsor is so much nicer and friendlier.
