Memory Lane Antiques & Refinishing

I came here today after eating across the street hoping to find some cool vintage items. There were absolutely none. There are no antiques here. Only brand new tacky decorations. Very misleading and underwhelming.

This store is amazing! I love that it is downtown Windsor, locally owned and a small business. I buy most of my gifts there because they are so unique and I don’t have to drive to Fort Collins. It takes time to really see everything, but there are great finds. The store also has awesome seasonal items. I just love going to this shop!

This is a fantastic shop right in the heart of Windsor. The store has a great mix of professionally refinished antiques along with modern day accent pieces to tie your whole house together. Dan has put together a collection of quality pieces mixed with quality people that make this a go to spot. My wife loves coming here, and particularly enjoys interacting with Suzy when she comes in! She has a very welcoming personality that keeps us coming back!

Love to shop here! Dan the owner is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I can quickly and easily phone in and purchase a gift certificate over the phone. He also refinished an old family cedar chest and did a great job!

I work right next door and I have to refrain from going in here. I find something every time I go. I love it

Dan at Memory Lane Antiques has refinished 3 pieces of furniture for me and has a 4^th at the shop as I write this. He and his staff do a marvelous job! I’ve given them 4 stars instead of 5 because Dan goes off on buying trips, and sometimes it takes a fair while to get the refinishing work done.
I was a tad reluctant to have my antiques refinished, but it brought me no pleasure to look at them after many years of abuse from rowdy kids and dogs. (The leg of my lovely lamp table was chewed by my son’s Great Pyranees). Now, however, they are showpieces.
Dan stripped, lightly sanded, restained and varnished them, restoring the furniture to it’s original beauty. In fact, the pieces probably look better now than they did originally.
The shop also sells antiques and accessories which complement them. I purchased a wonderful giclée print of the mountains, painted in the style of the French Barbizon School and framed in heavy ornate wood which hangs in my living room. It never fails to bring compliments.
Now the Christmas decorations and merchandise reflect the good taste of employees and management, all of whom are friendly, helpful and courteous. If you have a moment, drop by. You’ll be glad you did.
