Had a latte & smoothies… and have previously had a breakfast sandwich.
All of these items have been quite yummy & worth the trip. BUT, I will agree with previous reviews… the customer service is seriously lacking.
A smile & a hello would go a long way!
As a customer at this location you are made to feel like an inconvenience!!!

Very rude staff, we are locals of Windsor and support local businesses but this is one place that I can’t support due to how rude the staff was to all customers included myself and my family!

I was surprised to read all these reviews about bad service. I was in there this morning and service was prompt. All of the 4 employees I interacted with were exceptionally friendly and attentive, asking me how my day was going, etc. So maybe they are trying to change their reputation?
The only thing preventing me from giving them 5 stars is that the guy who took my order didn’t ask me if I wanted my bagel toasted, which I did not. They were quick to remedy the problem when the order came out toasted and did so with a smile, quickly.

The food is awesome! You can tell that the bagels are fresh and well prepared. Although the food is great, the service at the Windsor Gib’s Bagels is absolutely terrible! The people that work there are so rude and make you feel BAD for ordering food and coming in there restaurant. One time I ordered the Pizza bagel and it literally took 3 employees 1 hour to get it to me and then it was the wrong order. They are all extremely mean and they don’t have any respect for there customers. Overall, Gib’s would be 4.5 restaurant and one of the best in Northern Colorado if they hired better employees.
P. S. Don’t ask for ranch or you will be criticized and judged by the employees.

Good bagels and coffee like the other locations. However, I have never had a bagel here that has adequate cream cheese. When you spend $ 4 on a single bagel, you expect them to not be stingy on the cream cheese. Take notes from Fort Collins locations, Windsor Gibs!

The service and quality have definately gone downhill. We come here a lot and there ised to be good consistency in the lattes and bagels.
The past 2 — 3 times we’ve been here, orders are not correct, latte is mediocre. Don’t think we’ll be back for quite a while, which is a shame since it’s right by our house and a nice option for Windsor. :(

I disagree with some of these other reviews. I’ve eaten a morning bagel here probably 10 or more times since they opened in Windsor.
I’ve received great bagels, service, and the place is nice and clean. Coffee is great too.
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they don’t do a gluten free bagel.

Like the drive through option but not the grumpy teens working there. Ordered a blueberry bagel and the bag was nearly thrown at me from the window. Also, pretty sure they’re not real blueberries. Interestingly, I was served by Xzibit…

Gibs has single handedly turned me into a religious bagel eater! With so many customizations, there is always an new option every day! Plus with free student drinks and cheap pricing it’s perfect for the average high school student such as myself. My personal favorites are the cinnamon raisin babel with cream cheese, and pepperoni pizza melt. Plus it is in a convenient location, in the same block as my local gas station, so I can grab a bagel right after getting gas! The staff is always super helpful and nice, my favorite being Dexter, and it’s always clean! The only downside is that the coffees are expense for a mediocre taste, but otherwise I would highly recommend Gibs to any of my friends and anyone passing by in windsor. Enjoy!

I asked to have my bagels sliced and to go. When I got home this is how my bagel was sliced, one side 90% the other 10%. Try getting away with that in New York.

My blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese was not good at all. Both had a distinct onion and garlic flavor. If the drive through wasn’t so slow I would have taken it back, it ended up in the garbage instead.
