Today my second son is getting his braces off so we have lots of experience with Dr Bernstein and his staff. I love how well they all connect with the kids and really work hard to make them comfortable and relate to them. They are also great in dealing with me and any questions and concerns I have had. Dr Bernstein stays on top of the latest technology and really knows his craft. I have been very pleased with all aspects of our experience.

Horrible customer service, they are just out to make a buck! All flash. I have 2 kids that have braces with Bernstein.$ 12000. Several instances of poor customer service, latest is them charging me $ 199 for replacement retainer when my son has never broken his, only replacement was due to them making them so they didn’t fit(so in their eyes that’s my replacement)! Don’t recommend them at all. They erase all negative response on their website and Facebook so you think they’re the best. Every other orthodontist offer at least one replacement set(I’ve since checked). Bottom line was, the person I talked to was rude and complacent about the fact that we’d already spent $ 12,000 and they couldn’t even offer one replacement? In reply to Dr. Bernstein: I have called, their father has called your staff. Answer: The first replacement and ONLY replacement was because of your mistakes on first retainer. Your office does not offer replacement retainers when KIDS accidentally break whereas all other orthodontists do. After paying $ 12000 for services at your establishment you would think you would. I know that others do. My advice to anyone looking for an orthodontist is to go with someone who has good customer service which includes at least one replacement due to child error.
