Im supposed to be staying away from fast food, but when Popeyes has there 2 piece special with a side AND a drink its hard to say no. Who can resist those Louisiana seasonings, crispy skin and just all around goodness. Not this girl! I would have given a 5 but I find myself having to pull and park to wait for my food more than I would like. The drive thru is supposed to be there for quick service and convenance.

Sure the service is poor and orders are frequently messed up but that is some super tasty chicken. It’s a guilty pleasure but that is what Lipitor is for.

Don’t visit this location. Waited over 15 minutes for 11 tenders… ended up going into restaurant to expedite. Next time I will travel to Baltimore National Pike location. I have been disappointed too many times here.

Today I went to this Popeyes and the service was extremely HORRIBLE. I ordered two meals, one was regular priced and one was the combo. When my mom came to the drive thru window she changed her mind and wanted to switch the sides. She had fries but wanted red beans and rice instead. The manger said we could not switch the sides because my mom opened up the box which did not make any sense because at any fast food establishment they’ll just throw your food away or just let you keep it. My mom gave the manager the fries and just threw them in the bag he gave us. The second time he came back to the window to check the box to make sure we gave him all of the fries, which was dumb. He saw that there was FOUR fries left in the box and he told us we were trying to GETFREEFOOD and took the box away to get the fries that were left! FOUR single fries that fell out of the small bag?! Secondly he did not even throw the box away he picked through the box and placed it on the counter where they make the food. That was so unsanitary. The manager at this place by the name of Usman has very poor customer service skills and lacks common sense.

I love boneless fried chicken but I decided to never get it at this Popeyes again. I always drive away after my bagged order is handed to me through the drive through window. Once I get home, I realize the order was wrong. This happened a few times. I blame it on poor management. That place needs a manager who can kick start the employees & reward the hard workers. I imagine it’s a very difficult position there. The young workers don’t seem to understand they need to respect their customers to keep them coming back.

This Popeye’s has messed up my order many times to the point where I have received more incorrect orders than correct ones. The first couple times I assumed it was a random error but the employees that work there have such a low work ethic and care so little about their job it happens on a regular basis. The food when correct is fine but the employees always have an attitude and are very short with the customers. When you ask for a few things of dipping sauce they get it very reluctantly, and when they do come back it is usually with just one even though you asked for multiple. TLDR: The food is fine but not worth the bad service and worry about your order coming out right.
