This is the worst place ever… we moved in Dec 2014 and since then I have called the office at least twice a month for the same problem MICE. So they come and of course the seal a hole but damn. How many holes are in this apartment. You would think 8 months later all the holes would be sealed up… NOT!!! because I just called the other day because it was another mouse in the kitchen. I will NOT be renewing my lease. All the floors are slanted(uneven). Can’t put candles on my coffee tables because all the wax falls to one side of the jar… damn shame. This place is horrible. The people above me sound like they are going to fall through the ceiling when they are walking. On top of that kids hang in the hallway all night as if they don’t have no home training and when I complained to the office it’s like I’m speaking to a deaf person. The laundry room is used as a play house by the kids. The lock that’s suppose to be on the laundry room is broke off. The door to the apartment that’s suppose to keep people out that aren’t suppose to be here is broke… so if you move here you better invest in some mace because you never know what you might walk in on.

This is the worst place to live. I used to love this apartment complex when it was still Berkshire but now that it is morgan properties it is the worst! The leasing manager and staff are not helpful and they are rude and sneaky. There is mold in the laundry rooms that they haven’t taken care of. There is mold in the laundry rooms and they act like they fixed things but they don’t they just paint over it. This is my third year living here. The management changed around January of this year and I am ending my lease early. Also I have heard noise from neighbors but it’s been normal until recently. Now the people above me have been very noisy. It sounds like someone is hammering something. And I have made 3 complaints and it hasn’t gotten any better. The leasing office is terrible. I had to give them a 60 day notice still paying the last two months plus I have to give them two extra months of rent before I leave. I don’t feel I should have to pay that because they cannot take care of this place. So beware don’t move into this place. It is a disaster here. On top of the fact that they say you need a password to get into the building but you can get in other ways. It’s not safe here. There was a homeless man living in the stair way for a while I am not sure if the person is still there. There are always loud cars in the front of the building late at night almost every night blasting there music. There’s cigarette and marijuana smells in the halls ways. In the winter it took them days to blow the parking lot and most times they didn’t even put salt on the road. I saw children in the morning walking to school fall and other tenants falling. I slipped myself a couple times. I have spoken to at least 5 other residents who agree with me and some are even either taking about leaving or already leaving or have already left. This place is a jip. They might be nice when you first move in but of course they have to so they can get people to live here. But do not be fooled. They barely answer the office phone either. If you do move into this apartment complex because you feel this is just a person who is just over dramatic you shall see. Just be careful and document everything. Do a walk through of the building. If you see they need to fix something like the laundry room, I wouldn’t move in until I know it’s fixed. Especially if it’s on the floor you want to move on. But I have pics take a look. If it’s accepted on the site.
