This baby Depot has absolutely nothing that I would buy. Their merchandise looks old and worn. There is new merchandise but, nothing that caught my eye. The location has a lot to do with the quality of service and merchandise to be found.

Wish I couldn’t add a star. For starters I came in finding myself standing in a non busy line for twenty minutes. There were all about two customers in the line. The associates were loud and very ghetto. I finally got to the register and came across an associate who seemed like she hated her job. She didn’t smile and even handed me my receipt without saying have a nice day. So today returned my dress shoes back because they were extremely uncomfortable. When I approached the register I informed the associate that I was there for a return. The first thing this associate states is «is that how you purchased these shoes ?» I asked what do you mean, she says you just bring the box in without the bag. So that automatically sent me into irritation. So she’s examining the shoes and says I can’t take these they look worn out. Now I just brought the shoes Monday how could they be that worn. So she calls over her manager loudly and abruptly over the intercom. The manager arrives over there, she examines the shoes and says ok give him the refund. The associate tries to keep going against her word and show any little thing wrong with the shoes. The manager says they look ok too me. So she starts the refund process and gives me attitude along the way. Being very rude. I wish to never shop here again unless it was Arundel mills.

After going to this Burlington I vow to never not go to the Arundel Mills again. This location was very poorly organized and at noon on a weekday in March looked like it was Christmas and everyone had been through the racks. It was hard to distinguish sizes and prices as nothing seemed to be where it was supposed to be. I was preparing to go to an interview and decided that I would wear earrings and that was a nightmare. Almost 60% of the earrings on the display were missing one of the earrings and the Jewelry display seemed to be lacking. Was was able to find a blouse at a decent price and made my way to the register which was a nightmare two. I stood in line for what seemed to be FOREVER since they only had one cashier working the registers. Now that is not to say there weren’t any other cashiers available. Other staff members would come up to there and walk about, peak over, one of them even fiddled with the other register but none of them opened another register. They just let this older and slower cashier with a chip on his shoulder slowly work one register. This location really needs to step their game up.
