This place used to have great food and excellent service, but things have changed. The two young guys up front are odd and give really poor service. The food is now just so-​so. And it takes forever. I miss the nice lady who used to man the counter. Looking for a new go-​to Chinese food place in the area.

I placed a order for deliver at 9:20pm. Called back at 10:12p for my order, was told its on the way! NEVER received my order delivered. Never got a call. I called back 5 times for my food, no answer! I will never ever call this wack ass customer service place again! Assholes!

I’m new to the area and finding a GOOD Chinese Food restaurant was a must… after reading some scary reviews about a popular establishment located nearby (across the street actually) I decided to try this place and was very happy with my choice! Clean and friendly atmosphere, awesome food. purchased dinner for 4 VERY picky eaters and all the plates were clean with full stomachs! The orange chicken, shrimp egg Foo Yung are a must try… can’t wait to try more of the menu…

Ordered from here one Eat24 for Pickup. Was craving some wings! Ordered wings and fries. When I got there, I sat there for 7 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence, let alone ask me if I was here to pick up or make an order. The two people at the front were bickering back and forth with each other rather than greeting a patron. Their customer service could DEFINITELY be better. I asked for hot sauce, they didn’t have any. First time I’ve ever been to an Asian restaurant in an urban area where they didn’t have hot sauce LOL. Wings were a bit too hard, like they were overcooked. Fries were good though. Overall, my experience with this place was just okay. Will continue on my voyage to find a good Chinese place around here…

Forgot part of my order (an order which arrived lukewarm). I called & was advised I would have to call grub hub to receive a refund, a totally bummer because I was hungry and wanted to eat my dinner. When I did try my food, I found it to be extremely bland. The general tso was not in the least spicy. The beef and broccoli was a bit funky tasting and not at all garlicky (which was what I am used to from the dish). The wonton soup literally had a quarter size of filling in each dumpling. I would go with China Fun if you are looking for delivery in the area. It’s much tastier, and they’ve never forgotten anything I ordered!

I have only gotten delivery from this place so I can’t speak for the physical restaurant. That said, this place never disappoints. The food is always made well, with good cuts of meat, and they always pay attention to the special instructions. I’ve never had an order that wasn’t 100% correct. The delivery people are always friendly and on time (or early).
I recommend the chicken and broccoli. The brown sauce is excellent.

They’re ok. I’ve tried them twice, but nothing to rave about. I’ve ordered the pu pu platter (it was ok), and combination fried rice (I’ve had better), and the cheesesteak (yuck). I’ll order from them on a rainy day when I’m too lazy to drive.

You can’t ask for faster, more efficient service! This is one of the only places that I know of where you get exactly what you ordered and nothing is ever missing. The food is all very delicious and their delivery people are the sweetest! We order from here on a regular basis and will continue to do so because they have the best food and customer service! Keep up the good work Asian Express!

My experience with their customer service has always been great. If you treat them with respect and courteousness they will return the favor.
I would also like to comment on the quality of the food. I was surprised how good the food was for the location it was at. This Chinese take out is a hidden gem in Owings Mills.
Asian Express in my opinion serves the best Chinese food for the price compared to other Chinese take out places in the greater Baltimore communities.
Thank you for such great service and food Asian Express. I know I’m sounding like a fanboy for this review, but I really do believe they deserve the recognition. When I’m in the area I come to this same place for Chinese food and they’ve never disappointed me. I have been going here for the past 2 years and I will continue to do so as long as they are open.

I always like this place. Jenny (one of the owners) and I became quite good friends. We had even exchanged phone numbers… go figure. This week I went in to discover that Jenny was no longer there and the new cashier/​worker wasn’t so polite. Now that Jenny is gone I guess it’s back to the Golden Dragon I go!
