i took my truck there to get serviced, close to 2000 later I leave. half the work was not done but I was charged for it, such as, alignment, I wanted my radiator flushed neither where done, about three miles down the road my brake light came on, they showed me rusty but not oily brake lines and as he is showing me, he is picking at the rust on the line, and where he was picking it sprang a leak… ironic that I took it some where else a prominent dealership and they point out my truck needs ball joint and an alignment. I just had the vip do two complete A– arm replacements and they didnt mention about my ball joints, they fixed half the problem and ripped me off half of my service. I would be Leary about how many items they should fix at one time, I’m not a disgruntled employee or ex employee. I have no beefs with anyone that works there, but I will never give them my service again

Everyone at VIP Tires and Service in Windham was super nice. They were able to answer my questions, get my vehicle in and out quick, and were friendly the whole experience! I would highly recommend them if ever in the area!

I am here from out of town but come to this area as often as I can. After driving cross country I needed 2 front tires shortly after I got here. I have a tire size they have to get from the warehouse. 5 years ago I had to get tires here on the very same car I have now and it took 3 days from whoever I used then. With VIP they were here the next day. Mike was great in giving me a good selection to pick from, Jake and his counter staff got me in and out in literally no time at all. Car drives like new again. Thanks for the great service !!!

Wanted my SUV to pull a small yard trailer. Ordered the parts and labor through them. 60 days and 6 scheduled appointments (of 1 – 2 hours each) later, and it’s still done.
I had been a regular customer until now. They haven’t taken responsibility for this fiasco. Pretty embarrassingly incompetent.
Someone has to win the prize of «Worst auto shop in Windham,» and they do.
