Review for mani/​pedi only…
This place does a decent job on massages, but don’t come here for a mani/​pedi. I’ve had them done twice and left disappointed both times. I think part of the issue is how the pedi stations are set up… makes it difficult/​awkward for the nail tech to paint.
Also, way too expensive for what you get (I had 50% off a mani which they gave me as a «sorry» for the previous pedicure issue, and the total was $ 15 w discount).
On a side note, Artistic Creations down the road does a fabulous mani/​pedi :)

All the owner cares about it money. They run business badly and do not care about their clients AT ALL! Had a very bad experience after being a member for months! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

I would say that the environment is great, very soothing. The massage therapists are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and give great therapeutic massages. The outside of the building looks awful, unmaintained, like a place that is going out of business. The front staff is great, very kind. I really liked the owners wife, very sweet. The only reason I stopped going was because of the owner. I would try and plan my massages knowing that he usually didn’t get in until a little later, after 10. I found him to be arrogant, cocky, supercilious, and domineering to his staff. He is full of hot air in my opinion and too big for his britches.

I have been using Massage Chi since April of 2014, or about 9 months. I have attended physical fitness training classes, one on one trainer, and the massage therapy. I have found them superior in most every way to multiple gyms I have tried for several reasons. First the size of classes has been ideal for me, a size that allows much more personal attention than many of the chain gyms. Secondly and most importantly is the knowledge of Tay, the owner. I have used a number of chain gyms on both coasts and been dissatisfied with the quality of depth of knowledge of all trainers I have encountered. When I first met Tay I was very reserved in my expectation. Quickly he earned my respect with his quite superior knowledge of body mechanics and physiology. He is relentless about form, posture, technique, and your personal commitment. He challenges me to perform fat above what I would do on my own. He inspires me to reach for much higher goals but always is keyed in to my handicaps if you can call them that. He is sensitive to healing injuries and not complicating or irritating existing conditions. In one on one sessions he has remarkable restored my knee functions and shoulder functions, eliminating medical visits and treatment completely. I think the facility is a Gem and the fees are far more than reasonable for what you receive. I would highly reccomend Massage Chi to prospective clients. You will have a great experience here in contrast to the big Gyms.

I am a member of Massage Chi. The experience I have every time that I go has been absolutely top notch. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, the facility is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere, which I love. I get a massage once a month from a therapist named Peter — they are absolutely the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had them in several places throughout the world). I would definitely recommend him if you want a deeper tissue-​type massage. I’ve had massages from several staff there — all are very professional, will inquire about pressure and your comfort, and are quite attentive. The owner and his wife are wonderful people who are doing a fantastic job running a business. They greet me each time they see me in their establishment and I have only had the most positive of experiences with them. I won’t be going anywhere else for massages again — Massage Chi is the best!

Warm and Inviting, this Holistic center is one of the best around. I went with my girlfriend to get a 60 minute massage and was delighted and pleased with the experience. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The environment was very relaxing. When we arrived we were greeted and offered something to drink and were brought into a spacious and cozy waiting area. Shortly after, our therapists came out and greeted us. The massage rooms are tranquil and peaceful. The therapist took the time to ask all the right questions and gave me a massage that kept me glued to the bed not wanting to leave. This facility is reasonable priced and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation. Thank you Massage Chi!

Arrived at massage chi and was greeted with a warm welcome by the front staff. The décor and space were beautiful and where you wait was a relaxing space. Waiting for a friend, as we were having a girls massage day in the couples room.
My massage therapist michela (hope I spelled that correctly) was a pleasure. Very professional, understanding of my needs and what I needed worked on most as being a hairdresser certainly takes a tole on the body. The room was quiet and the bed was toasty warm!
Prices are typical for southern nh and are reasonable.
I am confused as to where they want to take there buisness or strive for. High end or (massage envy)
To me: they seem to go towards the high end feeling but when checking out they explain the membership and what the fee is. Seems to me a little more on the massage envy (chain) places you see. To top things off I asked the owner what the policy was for bringing a bottle of champagne next time to relax a bit after. He told me that if I were to make a party of 6 – 10 ppl then he would be able to do something and have drinks that were brought in. So not for 2 then. Seems like it’s all about $$$. It’s either drinking allowed or not.
Other then that I was happy with my experience with the service providers and would go back to see them!

Beware when you sign a membership contract. This business is more concerned about charging your credit card than they are about your personal welfare. You can only cancel «in person» and «not by fax or phone». You can only cancel on the beginning of each month and they then charge your account an additional month of services. The owner and his accomplice wife are a modern version of snake oil salespeople. Too bad they are only motivated by money. I would suggest you think twice before you sign the dotted line.
