I just purchased a new home and needed to install fencing for my children and golden retriever. Having never installed fencing before, I knew it wasnt going to be an easy task, especially with having to install 50 posts and over 300 feet of fence. Working over 50 hours per week(including Saturdays), a weekend installation wasnt an option. I needed to schedule a week of off work and started to search for companies that were competitively priced and could deliver by my scheduled time off. After doing some research I found Best Buy Fence Supply . Jeff was very helpful and I secured my order on April 6th with a delivery date of April 18th or 19th(Thurs/Friday) and the understanding I took the week of the 21st off to do the install. Here is were the problems began. April 18th and 19th soon passes and Jeff has no clue when delivery will be. He offers to refund my delivery charge of $ 49. Monday the 22nd, no delivery. Tuesday the 23rd, no delivery. Finally, on Wednesday afternoon, the 23rd, my fencing is delivered. Jeff is very appologetic and states he can work on getting compensation from the manufacturer for the 4 days I lost for installation. As of today, I have not received my delivery refund nor compensation from the manufacturer. After several emails to Jeff, he replied today saying the following: «I respectfully suggest contacting the factory directly, you may receive better results.» Best Buy Fence Supply and Jeff were great to deal with, but make sure you leave plenty of time for delivery and expect no help with problems after the sale.
