Went in to get a redo on my nails because they were completely destroyed after only 2 days. When I went in the person looked at my hand and said «we don’t guarantee anything, if you want we can redo for another $ 30» I will never go back to a place that doesn’t even offer to refund or help a dissatisfied customer.

Bad. I speak their language and can understand every bad things they say about the clients. They rip everyone up! I will never go back!

20 bucks for just gel polish with no mani that is «lifting» maybe that’s what I get for rejecting the manicure they kept insisting me to get.

I dropped in for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to accommodate me within 15 min. The prices were reasonable and the nail techs we’re professional. The place felt clean which is always good. I’ll be back again.

Don’t go to this place!!! First of all staff is super rude and second of all my friend caught a really bad fungus from here and my neighbor did too!

It was my first time using this place to do my nails. They did a pretty good job with my nails and did it VERY quickly … I had acrylic nails and I wanted to remove them and do a gel French manicure and the whole process took only 30 minutes tops! The place was very clean and it seemed to be very well staffed. As a Walk in I was seated right away. I paid $ 30 for my nails and I think that’s the average going rate so I’m very satisfied with this place. Definitely plan on returning!

Not only is this place close to my house, it’s clean, it’s neat and the staff is really nice. I made the mistake of getting a fill someplace else and my finger was cut so bad! I won’t go anywhere else but this nail place. They have lots of staff so there is hardly ever a wait but on the weekends. They usually offer a drink, such as water or soda. I have never had a pedicure here but I would totally recommend it for your nails. The prices seem to be average for nail salons today. Parking again can be tough on the weekends because there are a lot of other stores around it. I just went on a Monday and there was no wait. They also seem to do waxing but again I haven’t had that. I love the hand massage you get when you get a manicure. I think it’s the best part! Overall great place and great location for winter garden.

I don’t go anywhere else in the Orlando area since I found this place. It’s very clean, and they are always busy. I’ve found that if you call ahead for an appointment you can often skip the line of people waiting. I usually have shellac nails done with a pedicure. Your basic spa pedicure is $ 25. It includes a soft drink or water. It may cost more, but it’s worth it. My pedicures last forever, despite my running around.
As far as finger nails go, I’ve only had one bad experience in all my times going to this salon.
Waxing: They do great eyebrows. I went to another place in the area, and that place left random stray hairs that should have been removed. The room they wax in is a bit cramped, but I won’t hold that against them since they do a great job.
Atmosphere: It’s usually pretty quiet, unless you get a big group in there. They usually have HGTV on, but there’s three big screen TVs. The techs are a bit quiet, but some people prefer to relax. I’ve had some pretty chatty techs as well. Overall, they’re very nice! They also have spa pedicure chairs for the kids.
Definitely recommend coming here!

So, I just went to do my nails today and I was not very impressed. I have been here one time before for a pedicure and it was an alright experience. I came to do my nails because I love right across the street and didn’t want to drive far. The lady who did my nails was not very friendly and kept trying to get me to get extra services I did not want. She also got an attitude with me when I asked for my nails to be filed down a little shorter than what they already were. I just wasn’t comfortable and wanted to get out of here soon. Normally, I like to tip my nail technicians high because they are so friendly and accommodating… She was not. Plus, I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my nails and did not feel comfortable complaining about it since she already looked annoyed. I don’t think I’ll be going back. The place is very nice and well kept, but it just wasn’t a pleasant experience for me. To each his own, though, right?!
