This evening I visited the Skechers inc store #400 8650 Fourwinds Drive Windcrest, Texas 78 239
Rating 1 star I posted on Unilocal today.
This is a nice store. It has a lot of shoes and styles but the employees lack hospitality and customer service. I went in to look for some shoes and asked like 3 different employees and all three of them were not useful at all. I asked for a different style and it was like I was talking to the wall when I asked the lady at the register. All she did was look in the computer and never assisted me in retrieving the size we wanted. Useless employees. There were 6 employees working and all of them were useless. Finally one guy with a manager t shirt assisted me in trying to reach for a shoe on a top shelf. He only helped because my husband made a comment. I only came here because I saw a pair of Skechers nursing shoes on amazon that had great ratings but I wanted to try them on. So I came here. I would rather buy them on amazon than go to a store with useless employees.
I did take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale. They offer a military discount but when I asked the useless employee (#52 058) she was not sure how much the discount would be. All 6 useless employees working this store were no help. All they did was stock shelves and never end offered any help or assisted any customers.
I would rather check amazon than give your money to support this business.
I want to just return the shoes I bought and buy them on amazon because one they are cheaper on their site and 2 you don’t have to deal with people that hate their job.

I love me some Skechers! I think they have the best variety of styles for all ages and demographics. The prices are reasonable as well.
