I’ve always visit this location and yes sometimes it takes forever but I still wait because the prices are decent and it so close to my apartment. but today I didn’t wait. 1. they were rude to me the moment I walked in. I was super nice. I eventually walked said you «I’ll just go somewhere else thank you». and one of the ladies rolled her eyes on me! Dude really? I just wanted a new set and color.gosh. they really need to work on there attitude.

I have gone to this salon multiple times for 2 reasons:
1. Location-it’s super close to my house. and very easy to get there.
2. They do EXCELLENT work, usually. But when they mess up, you’re screwed because they barely fix it. (You can still see the error, it’s just less obvious). The staff is so rude! And, omg they’re beyond loud. I have decided that they’ve received enough chances and will be FINDING A NEW SALON!

Personally I will never go back to this nail salon again. I went in originally expecting them to be able to do a wide variety of nail designs seeing how the name of the salon is «Nail Art». I showed her a picture of what I wanted done from my phone and she nodded that she could do it. She started on my nails doing something completely different and explained that if I wanted what I showed her in the picture I should have told her and that she can’t go back and start over. So needless to say I walked out of there unhappy and spent money on something I totally did not ask for.
