They will accept all the money in the world, but will not provide the service, fix the service, or accept any responsibility for the lack of service. Their mantra is ‘Best Effort’ which translated means: «We don’t care». Unless you want to show up with more money, they couldn’t care less if you haven’t had service for over a month. If the tower is down, that falls under ‘Best Effort’. If you have the best signal in the Valley but you still can’t load in under 10 minutes, that falls under ‘Best Effort’. They’ll try to tell you to upgrade to the next level of service, but unfortunately it’s only ‘Best Effort’ so the next level of service is the same level of service you had previously, which was complete garbage. I’ve had their technicians tell my it’s not my signal, it’s our tower. Literally agree that it’s their problem, it’s their tower, it’s nothing to do with me… did it get fixed? Negative. Complete lack of service still falls under ‘Best Effort. No need to respond Rudy… we all know, it’s your ‘Best Effort’ even if there is no service and you’ve admitted it’s your fault, it’s still ‘Best Effort’…

DON0TDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY! I used Wave2Net for a couple years because I had no other good option(needed vpn). But the download/upload speeds were soooo slow most of the time. Worse than that, the service would just go out: sometimes in and out a dozen times an hour, sometimes out for hours or days on end, making working from home essentially impossible. Calling for service was not at all helpful, ever. I finally got fed up when it went out and got no help at all when I called for service. Now, 4 months after cancelling my service, I have still not received a refund for the dates I did not use their service(they bill 3 months at a time). Just a bunch of «the-check’s-in-the-mail» promises with every phone call to ask where my money is. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this business. Update to reply by Wave@Net: Service was cancelled November 23, 2015. I have a signed copy of the equipment return from Wave2Net, dated December 7, 2015: 3630SM, POE/Power Cord. Seriously, you probably don’t want to use an excuse for not giving me my money by trying to say I didn’t return equipment when I have written documentation that I did.

Scam artists and thiefs. Signed up for 6⁄3 Mbps service(the lowest speed they advertise is conveniently what’s offered on their most popular tower). Since installation, have not been getting what I pay for, 1.2Mbps tops at like 3am when no traffic is on the network, and 170kbps during peak hours. Service is so slow we can’t stream videos, music, use VOIP, or game. It’s broke beyond use. I measure about 10−19% packet loss between me and the tower less than a mile from my house. This causes us to disconnect from services online, causing them to timing out. I’ve called their technical support department which is nothing more than a out of state business that collects your basic contact information and passes it on to the main office to get back to you with. I’ve patiently waited over a MONTH for them to fix my service, call their tech support and the main office three times a week for follow ups and am told their tier 2 technician will call me back every time — and I’m going into my second month with no service, yet my credit card keeps getting billed. Now I’m locked in for a two year contract with these people, paid $ 150 for install, $ 250 for equipment, and get better reliability using my iPhone as a wifi hotspot than what these jokers provide. As mentioned in all the reviews of this company, AVOIDATALLCOSTS! Currently trying to see how much to pay Verizon/Comcast to run cable to my place. Even it its 1.5 million dollars for them to rewire the whole infrastructure of the Valley to my house, it’s less of a headache than Wave2Net!

Crooks. Pure and simple. They will take your money happily. Then, when they say they can not provide service at your location, they will keep your money. They will not return phone calls. They will not return emails. Show up at their office and demand your refund — and they will have a convenient reason for why they can not. «Oh. That person isn’t here.» Blah, Blah, Blah.

FINDANOTHERINTERNETSERVICE! When the service is running Wave2Net isn’t too bad, but if you have an issue and require service or need to talk to a knowledgeable person on the phone you will be in trouble. They are guaranteed sales from people like myself who don’t live near enough a cell tower, or have a clear shot to another provider. Avoid them.
