Total Pest Services

My wife and I recently moved into the Valley area and I started calling around with various pest control companies. Total was the 4^th I called and within seconds I knew I had the right company. We moved in during the summer and the bugs, especially spiders, were very prevalent around our home and in the garage. Not in the house thankfully with a few exceptions. Our garage is quite large and we had quite a few cobwebs around the inside. I still hadn’t had time to get to this. We set up our first appointment and the tech not only sprayed where it was necessary but he cleaned off some of the cobwebs in the garage. I just called yesterday regarding what appears to be an overabundance of Wasps around our front porch and they said they’d be out to dust in the soffit area to see if this helps. I love the customer service here and would highly recommend this service if you’re in the need.

Reported to BBB for misrepresentation and fraud. When buying a new house, the previous seller used this company to complete a Wood Destroying Insect report, which is mandatory when selling a house. The owner of Total Pest Services signed the WDI report saying there was no sign of termites. When we looked, two weeks later, we found termites in FOUR obvious places. I’m not sure if the sellers knew or paid off the owner, but it is extremely disappointing to buy a house under the assumption that there were no termites, only to find out there are several, long term termite nests. I can’t understand how a «professional» would miss so many obvious signs. We will never use this company, and suggest everyone else to find a more reputable one.

I’m a huge fan. I’m on a plan for quarterly treatments if we are having problems or not, and if i have a problem pop up in between treatments, they are out here in a jiff to take care of it for me.
