Peppertree Apartments

My family has lived here for a little over 4 months now and we’ve been very impressed so far. The location is perfect and convenient to everything and it is very green, pretty, and well-​maintained. I have also had no reason to feel unsafe here. The tenants seem to be a mix of families, college students, and senior citizens. And they are very pet friendly. The staff has been very friendly and professional whenever I have interacted with them. The rent is very reasonable, especially considering the included amenties.
When we first moved in, we had an issue with ants in our apartment. This was right around the time that CFLane was taking over ownership, so there was a bit more of a delay than I would have preferred in getting an exterminator here, but it was eventually taken care of, and the staff was very apologetic about the delay.
There has also been one miscommunication when we were having work done in our apartment replacing the toilets and pipes. We received a notice that we would be down to one toilet for a few days. Then, when the work was being done, *both* toilets were removed at the same time leaving us with none for an entire day. We were very frustrated with that situation, but also happy with the upgraded toilets and pipe replacement in the end.
It seems that they are constantly working to better the community, from the painted shutters, to the new slats on the balconies, to the new exercise equipment and fenced-​in dog park. Some of the construction is a minor inconvenience, but I appreciate the upgrades and end results!
Overall, I have been quite happy with my home and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live around here.
