Briefly: Easy to schedule an appointment over the phone, helpful staff who greeted me by name when I walked into the shop, quick assessment of my problems, HONEST, friendly staff who explained things well, fast turn around! Really a great experience. Rudy was my mechanic-​a great guy!
A little more info: I absolutely know nothing about cars other than where the gas goes, despite having multiple family members who are mechanics. After I arrived at my appointment this morning, the mechanic quickly diagnosed my situation… he explained to me what needed to be done (most of which i didn’t understand but I nodded my head like I did) and I gave him the go ahead to work on it. Little did I know my dad and uncle we’re going to show up to the shop 5 minutes later!!! They wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get taken. (They have a combined 60-​plus years of automotive experience and more specifically have specialized in brakes).
They both looked at my car on the lift… looking at each tire and asked the mechanic to explain (as he has already done with me before they arrived) what needed to be done… he patiently went all over it again… how I didn’t need front brakes but they had about 60% of life left and that while my back breaks still had 30% left (because I was traveling this week back home to California he recommended changing them)…plus a lot more technical stuff. My uncle and dad were VERY IMPRESSED. His assessment was EXACTLY their assessment. I feel like I got great service here and would highly recommend!!!

Had my brakes fixed today. They were very friendly and professional. They showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Very happy customer.

I brought in a car over nine years old, with 133,000 miles on it, for a really loud exhaust issue. I thought I’d need a new exhaust pie, muffler, or both. Midas in Winchester VA diagnosed the problem as a bad exhaust gasket. For the cost of two bolts, a new gasket, and labor, I was back on the road with no noise, for under $ 60. They could have easily told me my whole exhaust system needed replacing. .. how would I have known different? You can trust these folks!
