We had used them in the past and had been happy with the results but this last project was way over estimated and he included things in the estimate we didn’t ask for and omitted items we did ask for — called and tried to work out the detailed and get a new estimate but never heard anything back.

Without asking permission first the OWNER of the company substituted sub-​standard non-​specified materials in order to finish the job. Enough said.
Note they cleverly respond on other review sites claiming ignorance but I have the paperwork that proves what he did just to (finally) get the job done…

Very impressed with everyone I encountered. They sent someone out for a free estimate on installing a dryer vent. Matt Boyce arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and Daniel, the serviceman who came out to do the work was fantastic. When he discovered he couldn’t run the vent directly into the wall space as planned, he came up with a great solution that kept us from having ugly vent pipe showing in the laundry room. Even with that setback, the work was done on time and within the estimate they provided. Will definitely call them for my next home repair.
