The hotel was clean and comfortable, however, they were outdone by the friendliness of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers, they took care of all of us weary travelers who were stranded in the blizzard known as Storm Jonas. What a warm reception! These people care about their customers. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends making the trek from the north.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff, particularly Abby at the front desk, is friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable — Hampton Inn prides itself on their comfy beds — and the tub: terrific!(It was one of those two-person sunken tubs with jets.) Coupled with a great location, gratis breakfast, warm cookies at night and a reasonable rate, makes this a hotel I’d be happy to stay in again.

I recently had made a mistake on the website and reserved the wrong room. In my rush, I didn’t check the room until late in the day and I had made this huge error… especially since it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The staff made some huge accommodations and was able to move me quickly. We got the 4 person jacuzzi and the much needed room size. Abby and the housekeeping crew made this a fantastic birthday! We ended up here after cancelling our reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was a little outdated but it was very clean. The in suite whirlpool was a bit odd but we did enjoy it. Nothing special here, just a comfortable, quality hotel with good service.

I bring this issue to your attention only because as a diamond member with Hilton brands people need to hear this. As a very frequent user of Hilton hotels, I would expect more professional and courteous service from management. This was anything but the case, and I’m so incredibly appalled by the unprofessional service, I felt it important that you hear this. I’m freelance as an educator for an organization that does national continuing medical education throughout the country. Upon my arrival, as I do with everything venue that I lecture at, I requested to be allowed access to the room that I was lecturing in so that I could set up my projection system the night before. This saves time, but is also a peace of mind knowing that everything will go hopefully, as planned for the day of the lecture. However, the office manager made it very clear to me that I could not set up my projection system. Her reasoning was is that this organization did not have the room rented out until tomorrow, and as such, I could not set up the projection system. Yet, when I entered the empty room, the boxes this organization were there and again… the room was not being utilized. In the three years I have been doing these venues after publishing my book, this is the first and ONLY time I have ever received such inadequate and substandard service from the Hilton chain and brand; a brand that is anything but substandard with this one exception. This is also the only time that Hilton has not allowed me access to a room for the simple purpose of setting up my projection system and evaluating the room. If you plan on conducting business here… I would suggest you look elsewhere!

1 out of 10 this hotel would receive a 1. The rooms are dirty with bed bugs and other bugs with wings. The air unit didn’t work and it smelled. The refrigerator isn’t cold or big enough for food. The toilet seat had pee drops on it and I had to clean the room myself after I had been moved. The rooms are way over priced and don’t measure up to their price. All of that alone would be enough to make me never stay here again. But the icing on the cake is when I heard the manager or lady in charge with white short hair and glasses call a guest a «b word» under her breath to one of her employees after the guest had walked away. Another manager with glasses and short brown hair was rude and wouldn’t accept our coupon. This hotel and their manager staff are simply a disgrace. The only thing they have going for them is their location off the highway but other than that they’re a waste of money, dirty, and unprofessional to boot.
