Somehow the owner of this company, Chris D’errico, called Unilocal and managed to get my review revoked. I know he’s a good talker but jeez, this is not right that Unilocal will just pull a review. I had an honestly awful experience with this guy. He ran off with my money during the lease signing. I sued him. I won. Case closed.
He is NOT to be trusted. He abused my trust. I have filed a complaint against him with the state of Massachusetts dept. of Professional Licensure.
There was another negative review of him on here, but that apparently was also taken down by Unilocal.What gives? Unilocal,if you are not going to be un-​biased, you should NOT be in business either.

One star is being too generous. Do not deal with this company… the CEO has no idea what he’s doing, and I’m confident that he tried to rip myself and my former roommate off. We were supposed to meet him to see an apt that he had already rented out… then he didn’t know how to get to the next apartment… then he pressured us to sign the lease (which had 2 398 400 293 typos in it).
Awful. Totally awful.
