I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day and I ordered the deluxe upgrade. What was delivered did not look like the upgrade on their Web page so I called and basically was blown off. I was told I got what I ordered. I will not order from them again. If you look at the photos the one with the bow is what I ordered and the other is what we received.
