Due to rain scheduled that day, I called and cancelled service and asked them to come back another day. They acknowledged and still showed up. When asked to come back after the rain, they stated they could not and would no longer be cleaning my windows. They said «bye» and left. Needless to say, not using them again.

The worst service EVER!!! Can not believe how rude and demanding these people are. We actually had to cancel service with them twice cause they kept coming out and tried cleaning our windows. Then billed us after we told them to stop. Never again!!!
