Mike and Scott are wonderful. The «community/​family» culture is fantastic. Everyone is amazingly supportive, not only of the experienced, but the newbies as they get the hang of it. The owners and trainers have extensive knowledge in their field and they encourage your progress. The workouts are challenging, but the staff ensures proper form and helpful tips to accomplish them and to reach your goals. If you get bored here it’s your own fault. It is impossible not to see results here. Regardless of whether you had a support group before, you have one when you walk in the door here.

If you’re looking for the best in Sport rehabilitation in Winchester, this place is it. Scott and Mike have a wealth of knowledge and whenever I or my husband have had an injury, they get us back to where we want and need to be. They also help us by giving us preventative exercises so that we can strengthen our bodies so the injury does not recur.

I believe Evo is a really an awesome establishment. I have been going for almost 2.5 years and the quality of my life is completely different now. The trainers, Mike and Scotty D, not only help me improve my form and technique, but also teach us how and why. It is like having a personal trainer for bottom of the barrel pricing. You can’t beat this place, hands down.
