Wilsonville Dental Group

I have been a patient with Wilsonville Dental Group for 14 years and have had good care from them,(excluding billing issues). The dentist I had been seeing left and I started seeing Dr. Thomas Clark. His skill level seems to be lacking in some areas.
I had extractions and had complications with one. I wont go into details but his actions to remedy the problem failed. I saw Dr. Clark again and expressed my concerns and he seemed unsure how to proceed with my condition. He later told me that I would need a bone graft or similar to resolve the problem.
I was in the middle of having extensive work done and had been quoted a price for the services needed form start to finish for these procedures. When the Doctor said we needed to do this additional procedure he added $ 1,600 to the bill for the bone graft and adjusted his charges for the rest of the work that he had already provided a quote for up another $ 1,600 for no apparent reason.

I was with them for many many years, and also referred a number of people to them. I was happy with my dentist and they did a lot of good work for me. Then my dentist left, my hygienist left, and they didn’t feel that I needed to know that. I came for my next scheduled appointment (where I only saw the new hygienist) and it was like I had come to the dentist office for the very first time. Nobody knew me, nobody seemed to have any clue about my dental history, and what was worse, nobody cared.
I was given very much a «default» sort of cleaning which I was not at all happy with (I have pretty sensitive gums and they didn’t take that into account at all). It was clear to me that nobody had taken even a cursory look at my dental history. And like I said, they didn’t feel that I had to know that my dentist and hygienist had left, they simply wanted to pretend like it hadn’t happened. Nor at any point did they try to introduce me to any of the other dentists or get me resumed or re-​evaluated for a treatment plan. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I would never return for that kind of treatment.
It’s laughable that they want people to see only the reviews by their current patients on their own website, managed by them. Of course their current patients like them, otherwise they wouldn’t be their current patients! What a sleazy, sleazy business.

hmmm I noticed they linked to positive reviews but did not respond to my complaints , which is why I was so unhappy to begin with this is what they do I would never reccomend this dental group to anyone
the over billing the lack of concern about a young childs pain are just too much avoid this place there are plenty of dentist out there
