I called early this morning (a saturday) needed to lighten up my hair ASAP. Paula answered and asked if I could come in so she could check it out. I came in. She told me she could fit me in after she took a look at my hair. She was finishing up an appt. and asked me to come in in 30 min. I did and she asked me what I wanted and what she could do to fix it and talked me through everything. She was super nice, friendly, accurate, and quick! She was great! She got me in at the last second and I left so happy! I was done in less than an hour and half! I will be back!

Tried to call and make an appointment but no one answered the phone. Really needed a haircut because I procrastinated on getting it done so went by the shop to see if I could get a cut since I was in the area. They were open and there were a few stylists there working on two customers but no one acknowledged my presence. No sign in book or anything so took a seat in a visible area and waited patiently for someone to address me. Well after being completely ignored for 20 minutes I left and went somewhere else. Rude. I would have been happy if someone there would have said ANYTHING to me even if it was just to say they couldn’t fit me in. Not going back there again.
