We came here to watch the Pac-12 championship not to long ago. I got here early and grabbed a few seats at the bar for my wife and I. The reason I came back here Vs. a closer bar, was because Mary W. was taking the kids to see Grandma and Grandpa while we had some fun, so this was a neutral spot to catch the game. Another reason I wanted to come back was because they listened. My original review talked about how I didn’t care for the pool table being stuck in the other room away from the bar, how it took away from the feel of being at a bar. A few weeks later I got a message from someone there saying, «Thanks for the feedback» They moved the table out by the bar in a good open spot. Hell yah! That’s what im talking about, a business that listens to customers and acts on it. I thought that was awesome. Yesterday my wife and I were gonna meet here to avoid the 5 O’ clock rush and shoot some stick… BUUUUTTTTT…The windows were decorated with signs that said«FORLEASE». The place was gutted. Not a damn thing in there, but the bar itself. CLOSED!!! They get the 1 star bump for listening to this Unilocaler’s suggestion, but alas… they are no longer there.

Kraven’s is a great place to watch a game while out in Wilsonville. The atmosphere here is excellent and there are many plasma screen TV’s as well as a giant projection screen in the middle of the bar. The drinks are great and the staff is very warm and attentive. Being that this place is so near to my house I would really love to give it a better rating, however the food here really misses the mark. If I had to rate just the drinks and the atmosphere I would give it an easy 4 – 5 stars, however If I had to rate the food only, its 2 stars at best. I’ve eaten here twice and tried about 6 menu items, the food is pretty bland, dry, and devoid of any real flavor. Having worked for a major food distributor in the area I can peg the tier of some of their ingredients. The pizza here is decent but items like the burgers, sliders, and wings are rather poor. This place could be amazing if they would buy higher quality ingredients, feature more unique sauces, and step a bit out of the box of bland pub fare. I will definitely continue to go here for games, just not the food.

I love this place. The boyfriend told me that they had the best pizza. A sports bar with great pizza? OK, I’ll give it a whack. Got to give it up. It was delicious! We had the California with chicken, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, alfredo, yum. Good drinks, great service, comfortable atmosphere. I’ll be back!

We ordered the Cuban Sandwich & Sliders. The Cuban was a little over pressed but tasted OK. The Sliders were fine, no complaints. Sadly, the fries were greasy and the ranch I ordered on the side, tasted like it came from a giant bottle from Costco. I’d have to say, this looks like a place to go to drink and have a snack, as opposed to getting a meal if you don’t drink. It’s close to where I work, so I wish I had enjoyed it more.

Disgusting place. I’m sorry for the harshness of this review, but I ordered a Caesar Salad & there were not 1… not 2… but THREE small spiders in the lettuce! & the cheese on top… was definitely a slice of kraft singles, cut into three slices. I’m pretty sure I could make something of similar quality in my bathroom. Let’s just say I definitely did after eating at this DIVE.

This place is awesome! I was in town for family staying at the hotel in the same shopping center. Every night my companion and I went there for drinks and then ended up across the street at the little bar utnil closing with the bartenders from Kravens! Julie was awesome and they have fun games to occupy the time your hands aren’t on your beer. Totally a friendly warm place to get your drink on… especially when your from the bay area… nice change of pace!

My boyfriend and I stopped here to get our football fix one Sunday. I have to say, you can sit anywhere in the restaurant without having to worry you’re going to miss the game… TVs everywhere! The service was very friendly, and the food was(for the most part) pretty good. Seemed fairly clean too, for bar standards. Overall, we’d return if we’re in the area.

Good pizza. Lots of tvs which means there’s always something good on to watch. Pool table and darts. Music from a jukebox and some sports video games including the Wii. They are also hooked in to a trivia network so you can play games with people all over. Very cool and fun place to go and hang out. Excellent staff. Very courteous. Highly recommended. I stop in there at least 3 times a week.

I’ve been having meetings here over the past six months periodically and though the food has been sort of hit or miss, the service has always been really great. The servers are always warm and welcoming and Julie-on-the-spot with drinks and menus. They seem to have nightly food and drink specials which are usually a pretty good deal and not necessarily on the menu so worth a try. The calzone was fabulous though the gyro was just okay. This is a sports bar so be prepared to be verbally assaulted by all the televisions blasting the currently televised sports offerings. It can be a bit loud so for a bit more privacy, there is a room in the back. But be prepared… just when you think you have a nice quiet little hideaway, patrons may come in to play darts. Seems kind of a odd place to put the dart machines, yet there they are!

Sports bar with a decent enough beer list. Service was very good, but the food was simply very average bar grub(I had the cheesesteak with tots… my coworker had the wings). I think a wider selection of appetizers might help, and maybe a less nuked/reconstituted presentation too. I’d probably just stick to the beer if I came back.

My husband and I were making a PNW road trip and were holding out for a pizza place in Portland when traffic on 5 stopped, so we settled for this place. Wow. The inside is very modern sports bar — TV’s everywhere, high bar tables, motorcycle hanging on the wall. We were seated immediately and asked for our drink order, which is great cause I had it ready. Our waitress guided us through the beer list, which is impressive(try the 10 Barrel). They have a full menu including what we came for — pizza. Wow again. We got the pepperoni and jalapeño, a favorite of ours(they also have a great selection of specialty house pizzas, which the next table ordered and looked delicious). The breadsticks we ordered were nummers, buttery and garlicky. Our pizza was hot, covered in cheese and pepperonis and jalapeños. My side of ranch worked perfectly to cool my mouth down. Their sauce is different — sweet and salty and delicious. The crust is soft but also crispy, so good. I read a few reviews complaining about the service. I didn’t find it to be lacking at all! Our waitress was helpful and present without hovering. At one point, someone who I’m guessing was the manager came over and asked how our food was. I asked for some extra napkins(extra extra, she’d already brought us some) and they were over to our table in a jiff. End of story, this place is delicious, friendly, casual, and reasonably priced. $ 20 for a delicious pizza is NOT unreasonable to me. Enjoy!

I used to live in Wilsonville, and I used to go to Kravens pretty often. Lately, however, things have gone downhill. The food is sometimes phenomenal, sometimes dry, bland, and boring. Their happy hour burger sliders are usually my favorite… last time I had them, they were obviously overcooked and dry. The service is just as spotty. I sat in the bar area the last time I was there. I sat there for 20 minutes before a waitress came up to me and asked«have you been helped?» I said No. She said«OK»…then she walked away… never came back… never sent someone to see me. I finally saw a spot at the bar open up and sat there where the bartender got to me pretty quickly. The guy who is either the manager or the owner is probably the biggest annoyance. He runs around trying to strike up conversations with people. It’s one thing to ask how things are and then move on, but this guy just roams around aimlessly trying to talk to people… even when they’re insanely busy. Maybe some folks like that… it just annoys me and makes me feel like I’m having my privacy invaded. If he’s the owner, he should know better… if he’s the manager, he’s wasting the owner’s money… because he’s obviously not doing anything, even when there’s a lot to be done. I’ve recently moved to SE Portland, and used to work in Salem, so I used to stop by since it was on my way home. I work in Vancouver now and, frankly, even if I didn’t, there are tons of places in the metro area that are better. Kravens is a very mediocre fish in a very large pond.

I went in there for the first time tonight and I have to say I felt like I was at a funeral and this was on a Saturday night. The food was good but the TVs were in a bad location and the wait staff was so unattentive I probably could have walked through there naked and they would have never noticed me. I hope they come out of there state of Zombieness and I don’t have to practically grab them by the arm to get there attention because Wilsonville always needs more bars. And guys I know you will read this try smiling a little more and get some Hot Chicks or something.

I’ll make this short and sweet: for a «sports» bar, this place doesn’t seem to have figured it out yet. The TVs are lined around the perimeter of the place, so it’s pretty awkward to try to watch something from the bar. The tables are under the TVs, so that doesn’t help much. There’s this huge bike hanging from the back of the bar, which just looks wierd, and the servers walk to the kitchen behind this black cloth. It looks temporary and I hope it is. The bar is way to huge and doesn’t feel cozy or like a real bar at all. The food is incredibly expensive(think $ 9 for a not-huge, clearly not-made-there portion of spinach and avocado dip, served with chips, not bread or anything). I really hope that they can get their act together and succeed, because I don’t think that this business will be around for long unless there are some major changes made.

OK, here’s the thing. I went to Kraven’s when they first opened at the very end of October. I was dressed up as a mold spore for Halloween(don’t ask, it’s an inside joke), so I was a pretty obvious addition to our already-seated party. I sat there for a good 15 minutes or more before I finally flagged down the owner to see if he could wrestle up our waitress. But hey, they had just opened, so I couldn’t fault them too much. Fast-forward to last night. Not coming in with green hair and face paint, but again joining a table already in progress. Waited, waited, waited, waited some more to see if our waitress would come and see if I was hungry or thirsty. Didn’t happen. Finally asked my husband if he’d go get me a drink from the bar. By the time he was back, the waitress finally came around to see if we wanted food. No thanks. The food, as it passes by, looks good but it is more expensive than I can imagine it being worth. $ 25 for a pizza? I’ll pass. Finished said drink(which, I’ll give props, they make the best cocktail in Wilsonville, which basically means they beat Wankers), waited and waited and waited again to see if I might be able to remain at my nice comfy seat and keep the conversation going with my friends. Sadly, not the case. Spared my husband the run and made it myself. Ten minutes later I think she came by, announced that we looked to be doing all right, and my husband and his friend had to shout as her as she was walking away to inform her that, no, they are not okay, they’d actually like to order something. But thanks for the attempt at ESP! Will I be going back? Yeah. Unfortunately I live in Hubbard, and my husband and co. love the beer list. At least I can get a great Cosmopolitan in Wilsonville… as long as I fight for it.

OK, I can be a bit critical, which is why I decided to patron this establishment twice before reviewing it. As was said in another review, I was very excited to frequent Wilsonville’s newest offering. As a blue-collar worker, I hunger for a decent watering hole where I can chill with friends, grab a cold pint and some decent eats. To be fair, I must say that my first visit was a mere 6 days after opening. The second was about 3 weeks later. I’m sure that the owners are still working through the headaches and ironing out problems. However, it must be said that to date, they(the two owners), haven’t acted on customer suggestions. The beer list is very nice, with varied and quality beers at reasonable prices. Yet, the food prices are still hovering around the ‘insane’ region. Salads over $ 10 and a $ 25+ pizza? Seriously? This is a bar, right? Now, Kraven’s touts itself as a sports bar. I really don’t get this. The TVs are ringed along the perimeter and so are the tables! This means that you are sitting UNDERNEATH the TVs. Sure, you can see other TVs, but you’ll be hard-pressed to use your bionic vision. The whole of the layout is absolutely a waste. It’s very nicely decorated though — with soft and comforting brown tones, an awesome motorcycle hanging on the wall, and a generally clean and welcoming atmosphere. Then there’s my biggest critique… the service. The wait-staff are all friendly. Sadly, this is the only redeeming quality they possess. I’m not sure if there is a clear assignment to service areas, but you can expect to be ignored for upwards of 20 minutes(that being on a slow night). It is amazing to me that a waitress can glance at your table and declare that ‘you are good’ and then walk away without saying a word! Would I recommend this place? No, not really. Unfortunately, it’s a case of lesser evils when it comes to the drink-scene in Wilsonville. Still, I encourage you to drop in if you’re in the area and make up your own mind. Please be frank with the owners and let them know what type of establishment you’d like to see the place become. Here’s to hoping that things get better! Cheers.

This was my first time to Kraven’s. I was very excited to experience Wilsonville’s newest restaurant and sports bar. They set up shop in the old Izzy’s and there is a lot of square footage to cover so I was interested in how they laid it out. First off, there is a huge bar. It takes up at least 1⁄3 of the dinning room floor. It’s well build and somewhat well laid out. The only critique I have is that they have stools near the drink mixing area and the customers are too close to the mixing area for my germaphobic fears. And strangely their bar mats are on a side of the bar that they don’t mix drinks, weird. Other than that, the bar is great. Lots of stools, good foot rest, and centralized. Second, the drink selections are fantastic. The beer selections are vast! 20 draft beers and at least six cases of bottles sitting in ice if you need to nurse. There was a dozen bottles of wine open and ready for the grape suckers.(I say all that and they had to tell me they were out of my second beer selection-10 Barrel Porter. I tried the 10 barrel IPA first and it was awesome, I will have to Unilocal them). Third was the food. They were out of my first choice, chili. I am irritated that they didn’t have what I spent several minutes choosing, but that’s the deal. So I went with the personal pepperoni pizza. I was very pleased to have oregano sprinkled on it. Also the crust was my second favorite. It was a semi deep dish with a crisp underside. It was oily, but that’s what made it crispy and surely that’s what napkins are for; so I will state that it was yummy! The dinning room needs work. There are 8 TVs for sports and they are so far apart it is hard to watch any of them other than the one you are at. Plus there was no indication of what was on. I have seen some sports bars hang a small dry erase board next to the TV so you know what they are showing. I knows it’s some effort on the staff, but as a patron you can choose where to sit. If they had the money, I would add 3 or 4 flat screens over the bar in either a box shape, T Shape, or a blade shape of screens directly over the booze. There is a feeling of vacant space above the bar. If they are low on cash flow I would move the two in the North corners to hanging over the bar. That would give a great feel of sports surrounding you. Additionally they have placed some single tables with chairs all alone. I go to a bar to feel like part of a community, I don’t want a table to be in the vacancy of space. The staff, including a co-owner, were very nice. The service was a little slow but by the time they hit the 500th pizza there won’t be a 25 minute wait. The bottom line is that it was a good experience, I will go again, and I want to support locally owned business’. I’ll update after I have a weekday lunch there and I hope I can move it up a star. I’ll update with in the hour
