Italian Pizza & Subs

This is a fun place to go! It is delicious reasonable priced food, with friendly people! There is an interesting mix of people in this restaurant each time I go. Recently, there was a table of 25 or more ladies that meet there once a month, and having the time of their life. The sandwiches, calzones, and pizza are made right out in front of you and are delicious every time, at a very reasonable price.
I meet a girlfriend there once a week to catch up with each other. I enjoy going to a place that remembers me, and takes great care of me while I am there. Thank you, Italian Pizza and Subs.

Pizza is good. Definitely hand tossed and very nicely cooked crust. Tried 3 – 4 different sandwiches from there and have been impressed with them all. Management is friendly. I’ll definitely be returning for the foreseeable future.

This is the best pizza! They also have great subs and plates. The service is phenomenal — this is old school customer service where they actually care if you come back! Super friendly, clean, & delicious!

This place is awesome. Stopped in while driving back from Florida. I visit Manhattan often and this is as close to NY flavor as you can get in Southern US. Truly great pizza, fresh sauce, and towner is always around. Staff is nice too, kind and helpful.

We used to love love love this place. Great pizza and friendly service. BUT lately it has been horrible! Last weekend, I called in an order and when I arrived no one had put it in, even though he found my number in the caller ID. No apology or discount. I put in my order and when I picked it up it was wrong. We are here again tonight (I know but like I said we love this place) this time to dine in, the place is filthy and two of the clean booths we tried to sit in are broken. 15 minutes of waiting and watching employees sit and talk and none of them are cleaning tables off. The blinds are disgusting! Seriously, it’s a mess. Like a fraternity is running this place! Omg!!! The bathrooms!!! They were horrible!!! Health inspector please!
Love the pizza. Gotta work on customer service and clean the place up! We will have to boycott until things get better! It will be hard because the pizza is great!

Best pizza in Wilson or Raleigh. I live in Raleigh and work in Wilson, so I have lots of pizza options. Italian Pizza gets my vote hands down!

I tried this place because I’m a huge pizza fan. I read another review and thought I’d see how good of a NY slice it is. I went today and got there just shortly after they opened. I asked if they had a lunch special like two slices and a drink but they didn’t. I ordered that anyway (pepperoni slices) and it was still cheap. The place has plenty of seating and though the décor seemed dated, it looked really clean. The pizza was NY style but way too much grease and that kind of killed the appeal for me. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to go here but for a quick bite, it’s a good deal and would curb a craving.

Best pizza in Wilson, NC! I am a true New Yorker so I can say that this taste as good as pizza in NY! It boggles my mind that people down here eat Pizza Inn and Pizza Hut when this pizza place is right down the road. Excellent pizza and I highly recommend it!!!

Good NY style pizza that tasted just as good reheated the next day.

This is an excellent pizza place to go to in Wilson. I can’t attest to it being the best because it is the only one that I have tried. But the good news, I have had it like 4x and it is spectacular every time. The wings are great too.
