Great yoga classes, I’ve just started and really enjoy the hot yoga to start my day. The cold towel at the end is such a nice addition in helping to cool down. I’m hooked to add yoga to my life.

Best Yoga studio around. From the studio itself to the class, bring a change of clothes because you will sweat as heated vinyasa is the forte of yoga u. Weese has a ton of training and it shows in every class.

Beautiful welcoming and intimate studio. Weese plays calming music during the heated vinyasa class and gives you a cool towel to place on your face at the end. It’s wonderful. I’ve also been to the 45 minute heated abs yoga class which is a good workout at 5:30 on Tuesday nights. You can walk in and pay for single classes or buy packages here. The prices are not as high as other heated yoga places, but I will admit that I prefer the workout of the stationary sequence at empowered yoga (but their studio isn’t as nice and intimate as Yoga U).
