I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Customer service is horrible. If your not pregnant they don’t care about you. I made appointments months in advance only to have them rescheduled bc they were over booked or didn’t have the implant for my birth control. The doctors are rude and make snide comments about military members and I changed offices and only after I had done this they then tell me I owe them for fees. Try to go anywhere else but here!!!

I went to this office to have an implant removed from my arm. The doctor didn’t even wait for the numbing meds to kick in and it hurt a lot when she began the procedure. Her bedside manor was light and was probably meant to be friendly but instead she made me nervous. When she made the small incision she must have hit a nerve because my whole hand jumped in reflex and it made me think my arm was going to have permanent damage. After my poor experience with the implant anyway this just added icing to the cake. The only reason I go to this place is because it is the only one that takes my insurance.

Hey Wilmington Health, you sure are piss poor with Customer Service, your nurses who do the scheduling are boneheads and you return calls 2 weeks later. The olé lady tried you out for the past 2 years and we’ve had REPEAT issues (ahem, the SAME issues) this year?! See ya never ya dinks!
