Wood floor refinishing services. Bad sanding job. I can see belt marks in multiple areas. They did not prefill some open cracks between boards and did not finish ie varnish, new oak base shoe molding.
I called them two weeks after the work was compleated to ask if the cracks could be addressed. and they said they would come in a few days and check it out. THEY SAID they eould on that friday. Two weeks later I haven’t seen them .
I have made three return calls and they aren’t taking my calls. I paid cash immediately upon completion. I brought someone else in to finish the base shoe. Their work is mediocre.
Nice enough people to work with. They did help move some furnature And did stay with the job till finished
. The use an off brand, and inexpensive poly finish. I upgraded to buona traffic hd. Add $ 450, I did have them bring it all to the job for inspection to insure it was used.
APARENTLY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
