Staff was nice and very fast service but children’s teeth still had plaque after cleaning and they found cavities that our usual dentist couldn’t locate on next visit.

Just refused there service maria at the counter raised here voice at me cause i asked her if i can get help from someone else she just got even more heated so i just left will never be back so childish

Maria Ramos is really rude. She was very disrespectful and I feel like she is not suited to work as receptionist due to the fact that she unprofessional. She got loud with me and didn’t want to let me talk to the orthodontist about one of the concerns I had about the procedure that was going to be done. I asked her if I could pay before the procedure was done. She was over charging me stating that last time I got the job done for less because I had got silver crowning when I had got the ceramic crown I showed her. Then she stated well they didn’t charge you for it last time because the orthodontist didn’t want to. I think it’s absurd she’d even make a statement like that because I paid last time. I was very upset and that she talked to me like that. I walked out and won’t be going back here anymore because this is not the first time she’s disrespected me.

Very bad place. Rude from the beginning to the end. I asked if I could meet the doctor before I had any work done, including xrays and they got very upset. I explained I had some questions on the xrays and would just take a minute of Dr’s time and I will gladly take whatever xrays they need after I spoke to the doctor. They place me in a room. Dr. Youn came in very angry and flatly told me that If no xrays he wasnot able to see me. not even to introduce himself. The entire staff was rude and harsh, and the worse part is That the doctor himself was worse than his staff. Very bad experience.

Do not go there!
The most simple thing dentist should know how to do, to pull out tooth he did for 2,5 h, like its some kind of complicated surgery. He is cheap but if I could go back in time I would pay double, triple just to have it done the right way. And the worst part is my root is still in !!! Now I really do need specialist to take it out !

Great place to come for dental work. Very painless experiences that I have had here. Friendly staff as well. Nice looking assistants as well. They have reasonable prices and take cash, credit or insurance. Check this place out. I will not go to any other dentist.
