I hired this guy to repair a roof on the third floor of a rental property that I own. In the beginning he was a good communicator and took before and after pictures of the work that he did, After he showed me the pics and sent an invoice I paid him. A day later I found out that he had repaired the WRONG roof. He repaired the 2nd floor roof which did not need to be done. I had made it very clear to him that he needed to do the third floor roof where there was a significant leak coming down into the bathroom. He said he would «make good on it», but never did. He does not return my phone calls or text messages. Now I am out $ 575 and I still need a roof repair!
