Worst PO anywhere. Unfriendly to users and no matter how long the lines get there just won’t be a second worker. So Unfair to their staff.

Do you like long lines? What about postal men/​woman who are too busy to pickup outgoing mail despite having just delivered incoming mail? Perhaps you’re ok with a package reading as «delivered» on the usps website, but your mailbox is empty. I have great news; this is the place for you!

WOW. I never thought I would be writing a Unilocal review about a post office, but I moved to by such HORRIFIC service here. The staff here is unbelievably rude. I honestly was shocked.
There were two women working, one serving another individual. The other free. And completely ignoring the fact that I was standing in line, even though we made eye contact so she obviously knew I was there. I guess her own personal activities are more important than actually helping customers. So I started talking to my boyfriend who was accompanying me, until she cleared her throat to get my attention and then ‘motioned’ me forward by a gruff gesture. She then made me feel completely stupid by asking a question about a form I was filling out. And to top it off, there also was a person behind me in line that I was unaware of as I filling out a form at the counter, and she said to me «Um…can you move?» WOW there are much more polite ways to talk to customers. I was shocked.

Have been here several times in the last few months, and very simply, I never like going to this post office, this office exemplifies all that is wrong with service industries today. Rude folks working here, no care or concern for customers, although to be honset, the customers are not much better, so a perfect match very rude customers, very rude staff, a perfect match. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE.

It was never a great location, but thanks to construction on Gov. Printz Blvd. it has only gotten worse.
I made the mistake of turning on Gov. Prinz from Marsh Rd. I drive past the post office on my left… and keep driving… and driving… and driving. The turn lane is gone, and there is no way to get across the road for what seems like forever. Finally there’s a place to turn around and I am able to park right up front and pick up my certified piece of mail.
The moral of this story is… if you’re going here, pick a route where the post office will be on the right side of the road. I can’t recall the names of the other streets that you can turn down from Philadelphia Pike, but they are out there, and will save you the trouble of having to find a place to u-​turn.

So this is how my tax dollars are used ! paying unfriendly slow people. Im sorry but when you have a line out the door it is not ok to have one cashier (mail person) assisting customers. In addition it is not ok to answer your cell phone when your supposed to be working. I always wondered why the cost of stamps keep rising (prob b/​c no one wants to set foot in the post office) i wish there was another way to send certified mail –DAMN GOV !!!

Not the greatest facility, but mostly friendly staff. Convenient location. Expect a line.
