GARBAGE!!! Service totally sucked besides being rude and lie to you right to your face. they make up stories about your lost order… the styles are not at all hip… rude man in there as well.

Not a great experience with Thomasville. I would recommend not buying from this company. I had bought a dining room table and saleslady told me delivery will be between 6 – 8 weeks. The table was ordered in September and this is January 5 and I haven’t seen my table. The sales lady that helped me had left the company and the guy apologized, he said it was overlooked and told me in December that part of the table was in the warehouse and the top was ship separately. Nobody called to follow up and tell me what is happening with my table. Very disappointing that you were promised the table before Christmas and its after Christmas and still no news. I have to call the store again, finally told me its in the warehouse and I should be waiting for the delivery company to call me. What kind of business are they running here? Half the time they don’t even call you to tell you there is a delay. I will advise anyone out there not to buy anything from this company. Service is horrible and I will never buy anything from them again after this experience. They should call themselves a museum, not a furniture store. Poor service.

Brought a sofa and love seat, paid a fortune and after a year they look worse than what we replaced. Have had the cushions replaced once and the defective brackets that hold the springs broke and needed to be replaced. Will never shop here again.

OMG — so expensive. We were shopping for a sofa and loveseat. Sofas alone (in microfiber) started at $ 1400. You get a choice of fabrics and armrest designs.
Nice sales-​lady.
Lovely store — just too high for a «family room» — better for a formal living room.
