I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years … and the employees here are friendly and personable, however they always seem understaffed at night.
The food seems to be prepared better during lunch hour than later in the evening … which is typical at most Taco Bells… but what gets me most at this location is the drive-​thru time… I almost expect at least a 10 – 15 min wait time for any order I place after 5pm.

I have waited up to half an hour for food here. in the drive thru. On average, I’d say expect to wait ten minutes. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.
A lot of the food here is terrible. How do you mess up fast food so much? I’ve gotten fiesta potatoes here that were so hard that I couldn’t chew them and nachos so stale you could bend them in half. Even the soft taco shells get hard because they are so stale.
Also, if you need to change ANYTHING in your order from what the menu says (ex. no tomatoes, add something, sub something), it’s probably going to be wrong still.
The bright side is the staff is pretty friendly.
