I signed up with Unilocal just so I could leave a review. I walked into T-Mobile ready to explode. I took a deep breath. Walked in. First things is I was immediately greeted. Which is already a good sign. I never was told to be seated and wait, they took me right away. I began explaining my problem, which was difficult to follow
Flor was awesome. Without going into to much detail. Flor took care of everything. I got in and out of there in less than a half hour she was able to do what 2 other employees and 3 customer service agents could not or would not do. Flor gave me piece of mind thank you so much

not helpful. Don’t even bother talking to Danny the manager he doesn’t even know how to talk or treat the customers. Danny doesn’t care about the customer. He looks miserable. They are not willing to help. Horrible service. Avoid this T-Mobile store

The reps are very friendly and they greet you with a smile on their face as soon as you walk in. I went in to pay my bill and was casually looking at the phones. I had a sales rep come up right away and ask if I needed help, his name was Victor. We started talking about the phones and I ended up leaving with a new phone! He was very informative and answered all my questions on the different phones and helped me pick out one that met my needs. Today my husband wanted to upgrade as well and we called the store to make sure Victor was in and made an appointment with him. He’s extremely patient, shows genuine interest, takes time to listen to your needs and takes good care of the customers. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I will continue to come back to this store even though this store is not the closest to my house. I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Not to mentions it’s always clean!

Went to T mobile to buy a jbl speaker Flor help us! Flor has excellent customer service. Answer all my questions. If you go to T Mobile make sure Flor helps you she is very kind and has a great attitude! Best costumer service.
