This place is just horrible I can’t think of a reason why it’s so big coffee is disgusting horrible service never again

I don’t like Starbucks at all. It’s overpriced, mediocre-​at-​best stuff.
Having said that, I respect a place that will happily screw up your order, no matter how important you try to convince them you are.

Was my first day in my new job as the assistant to COO of an important lawfirm in Wilmington DE. My first responsibility was to pickup coffee and biscottis for an important meeting this morning. 3 Caramel Mocciottos with light cream no sugar and 2 black dark roast extra sugar. And instead I got to work with 5 hot tea’s. And got fired too so to say I’m never going to return to any Starbucks is an under statement. They we’re all very nice when I got there but there incompetence to correctly get my order right makes me wanna give up on drinking coffee all together. I’m soooooooo depressed…

I lived in Seattle many years and the Starbucks service in the Northwest is out of this world. The staff here is unfriendly unless the regional manager is working… which then changes everyone’s attitude. i am amazed at how nice they are if he’s in the building. order is often wrong. Lines are long and slow moving. And for some reason the coffee here tastes horrible. I used to stop a lot more and they just seem so pissed off and the coffee sucks so I started going to Brew Haha and it’s a lot better. even Dunkin Donuts at least they have a drive thru. the most disappointing Starbucks in the nation…

I stop in here every morning on my way to work ! I think the staff is very social and they are always able to recommend me a good drink when I’m in the mood to switch it up !

Well for a starbucks it’s a letdown. You expect superior service and quality but don’t see it here. Coffee is their main game obviously, but they seem to leave the brews out for a lonngggg time. 9 times out of 10 my bold coffee is Luke warm to cool once I put cream in it which means it’s old as ****. Even when I go to wawa and get their crappy watered down coffee they atleast keep it hot and fresh! A little unbelievable. Then, they are very bipolar about refills saying corporate won’t let me refill if I leave the store and come back. Now granted the store is tiny, your lucky at the bizy times to get a seat for yourself without the usual strange people that come in daily and take entire tables to themselves. So if you walk outside to the best bug and back in your disqualified… so they act like they follow corporate rules but the managers let themselves and employees have tattoos in your face everywhere with no attempt to cover them, unprofessional! !! At my job you would be fired! If I was the owner I would fire people left and right!!! So again, it works for a quick fix but this place needs work to get to where the Starbucks name represents.

The staff is super unfriendly but they do know how to make good drinks so whatever id go back. They’re decent.

I don’t recommend this Starbucks unless it’s your only option. They frequently mess up my order even tho I don’t get anything complicated. This time I was tired of it so I just took it and threw it out when I left. It doesn’t help that the parking is really small.

I’ve come here for a while with no issues. The only complaint i have is that the parking lot sucks. Besides that, I still come here a few times a week without complaint.

Service isn’t as efficient at the Marsh Road location, but it works.

Slow, even with no lines. Gave my order, went to use the restroom, and they had *just* started on my drink…
Hint, people… Any time after 5 pm, get at least 2 hipsters working instead of standing around looking clueless.

I found it very unhelpful to show up at 7 a.m. on Sunday and have to wait until 7:30 for it to open, when the posted hours say it opens at 6:30.

Good staff, great lattes, tea and very comfortable atmosphere.

Friendly, funny staff, full bakery cabinet with a good selection, good coffee. Passably clean surroundings, other than the full trash can at the condiment stand. Not too busy, no long wait.

In the land of Dunkin Donuts, It was nice to actually find a Starbucks, unfortunately the whole «our air condition barely works» BS, is not helping the fact a large pile of sweat beads is starting to drip down the crack of my ass, as I sat their on my lap top, trying to pretend my life is meaningful.
