The food was OK. Not that great. For $ 17 per entrée, the two meat entrees we got had way too many vegetables and very little meat. Kinda stingy! The kids fried rice was delicious. Again the food was good but too many vegetables!

This place is amazing! The papaya salad was authentic and the basil squid(yes, squid) was awesome. They don’t play around with spice levels -#3 is the real deal. If you can’t deal w heat, get mild which is still spicy and very flavorful. Will drive out of my way to come here! Owner and wait staff are also very friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful meal.

Never disappointed here. Always awesome when it comes to Pad ki Mao(tofu). Their ice tea is great as well.

Soybean offers the most delicious Thai food in Delaware! The décor is very inviting, and the staff is very friendly and checks in often(but not too much) with the guests. I went for the lunch special, and ordered my ‘go-to,’ the pad se-ew, and it was reminiscent of my favorite Thai restaurant in New York. The flavor combination is perfect, with the right blend of sweet and savory, and I love the consistency of the long, flat noodles. The portion for the lunch is very large, which is great — you might have some delicious Thai noodles for lunch the next day! The 10% discount on Unilocal does not apply to the lunch special. I look forward to making a second visit to Soybean and trying the rest of their authentic cuisine!

2+ because it’s just OK. I was not too happy with my meal here. The gyoza were starchy and left me saying, where’s the pork? My pad Thai was so dry. I hardly ate any of it. The meat was tasty but the ingredients were not mixed and there was no sauce. So disappointing. The staff was helpful and the service was quick though. I may consider trying other things there if I go back.

We had the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles and one was as delicious as the next. Our server was very personable and efficient. Will definitely go back when in the area again.

Dine in there several times. But today I got a UNBELIEVABLYSALTY pacific fried rice. Told the manager but he didn’t do anything about it. Probably he was too busy handling tables and customers. I ordered fired rice before. It was ok. But obviously they can’t keep their quality consistently.

With so many asian restaurants in the area, mmm. not our favorite. Soup was not hot, vegetables were swimming in sauce, just not wonderful place. Service confusing… reserved a table and were told to go to it, but when set down were told another party reserved that table. no other party our size set there in the time were were there… will not hurry back.

Legit Thai food in DE! Got takeouts from them often and food was consistently delicious and generously portioned. Tried boba a couple of times — wasn’t impressed with chewiness of boba nor the tea itself but would like to get their alcoholic drink a try! Their spicy level is pretty intense! As an Asian who loves spicy food, medium level burnt me. So be aware!

This is probably one of the best Thai places in Delaware. The food is consistently good and so flavorful! When I go there I have to get the Tom Yum Gai soup because the broth is so spicy and it is just excellent. I generally pass on an appetizer as the portions are big enough that I generally have leftovers. However, if I do get an appetizer, I definitely go for the roti canai which has a nice curry flavor that isn’t too spicy. This is one of the few places where I will eat General Tso’s chicken. Unlike other places, the chicken isn’t overwhelmed by batter and dripping in a gloopy, almost tasteless sauce. These are recognizable chunks of chicken, very lightly battered, with a light, tasty sauce. It almost reminds me of Chik fil A chicken nuggets. My main go to dish here is the Pad Kee Mao. It is essentially drunken noodles and they make it amazing every single time. They do have a lot of duck dishes. Duck has never been something that I really like that much, but I have a friend who loves it and raves about it each time he gets it.

It’s one of the best Asian-Thai restaurants I have eaten at! The yellow curry is my favorite. I loved their fried tofu as well. But the real winner is the peanut sauce that they give with the Thai salad! It is out of this world. The curries are very flavorful and have fresh vegetables. They have a lot of veggie options which makes a vegetarian like me happy! It’s close by to work as well, so in other words perfect for Friday lunches. I give 5 stars for taste, friendly service and veggie options!

It is a very authentic Thai restaurant with friendly service. I have been here twice and I definitely will go to this restaurant again. Fired tofu is highly recommended and the sauce served with tofu is very yummy. You can save it and mix with other food(to reduce spicy). I tried the drunken noodles this time and chose«extremely hot». Wow, it was the most spicy drunken noodles I have after I came to America. I felt tons of boiling water running in my stomach. Believe me, I have tired dozens of Thai food in USA and always choose the highest spicy level. This drunken noodle was crazy spicy but very delicious. Absolutely, after finishing the noodles, I drunk a lot of ice tea(thanks to free-refill). If you are a foodie loving spicy food, you should come to this restaurant.

Quaint little restaurant with friendly service and average selection. Nothing about the food blew me away, but I was far from disappointed. The prices are fair, but nothing to write home about one way or the other. We came in on an extremely cold night and were one of a few people in the restaurant. That being said, we weren’t the center of attention and were given our space to talk and order. We split an app, entrée, and had drinks. The portions were generous enough that neither of us left hungry. Nice place, worth trying, I might be back if in the area…

Service was good, tried the lunch specials — apt for 1 and descent taste. They have lot of vegetarian options as well and/or you could most dishes with tofu instead of chicken/meat.
