Customer service is terrible. Got no help at the store. Went online and ordered a matress. Had to wait 9 days. I was told that it would be delivered between 4:30 — 6:30, it did not arrive until 10:00. I received no updates about the delay. I had to keep calling the customer service line to find out what is going. Then, they would not haul away the old mattress. This is poor customer experience. I would have gotten quicker delivery and better service than this from a mattress store. Go to a mattress store not SEARS.

I like going to Sears for most car maintenance and oil changes because they are all over the country and track history of maintenance which is nice. Some locations are better than others. This location is a-ok. Prices are competitive. Always looking for a reliable mechanic.

I actually received pretty good service when I came here one evening. To me, the real problem with Sears is the hardware section isn’t as big or as complete as it used to be. Most of Sears has now been taken over by the softer side of Sears and thus, it’s no longer of much use to me since I can get clothes at lower prices pretty much anywhere else.

Terrible service. Our refrigerator died and we were in a hurry to get a new one before all our food went bad. Went to Sears because they offered to deliver one the next day if we ordered by 3pm. Moved heaven and earth to get there by 3pm. Paid extra for weekend delivery and removal of old fridge. Salesman said as long as there was a shutoff valve on the water line, even if it was in the basement, the delivery people would install the refrigerator. The next day the delivery guy refused to install the new fridge or take away the old one because the shutoff valve was in the basement not the kitchen – a total of three feet away. Was loud and belligerent. Kept threatening to «call it in»(i.e., take the new fridge away) if I did not cooperate. Would not wait for me to contact the store, call a plumber – nothing. Left the fridge in the garage. Got a plumber to install a second shutoff valve. Cost an extra $ 312.(Plumber said shutoff valve was supposed to be in the basement for safety reasons.) Naturally, the installers would not come back. Store manager said they would come«first thing in the morning.» Called at 7:00 am to say they would be there between 11:15 and 1:15 – not my idea of «first thing.» Actually arrived at 2:30. Again refused to install fridge. Said what the plumber installed was not a shutoff valve. My husband pointed out that since the plumber had disconnected the old fridge, if it wasn’t a shutoff valve, there would now be water pouring all over the kitchen. Finally did install fridge. When installation was complete I asked him was everything OK now, he said, «No there’s a problem and I have to come back tomorrow.» Then he gave me a cheesy grin and said, «Naw, lady, I’m just messin’ with you.» Did not want to «just be messed with.» Don’t ever buy anything from these guys. There are a million problems and when something goes wrong, no one will help.

Went in to buy work boots, found a pair in a very short time. When to the cashier and found 5 cutomers in front of me in line. Took over 25 minutes before it was my turn. During my wait a manager came over to talk with a customer in front of the register socashier could not work, thd lady the mansger was talking too was not making a purchase. May customers behind me put their merchandise down and exited the store.
